Study On Polymorphisms Of PIFN-γ Gene And Its Association With Immune Traits In Swines

In this study, Polymorphism analysis pIFN- Y gene was conducted using PCR-SSCP means. 4 immune traits were measured for 133 Large White and 83 Zhongxu Black, including whole IgG titer(WIgG), Specific antibody after vaccination to Hog Cholera Virus(HCVIgG), the functional activity of lymphocyte(FAL), phagocytic capacity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PA). In 5330 site of 3 ' -UTR region of PIFN-gene, T-C mutation was discovered. Gene frequency and genotype frequency was calculated, and an x2 suitable text and the mutation variation of genotype were measured.The result shows that the pIFN-rgene of pig has a higher conservariability. In coding sequence was done PCR-SSCP test and did not find mutation site. Genotype 5530 site frequency was analogized and discovered that it conformed to H-W balance. Moreover, result showed breed factor has a significant effect of immune trait (p<0.01), and the allele does not significant influence immune trait in the studying of the different genotypes and immune trait.In the future studying, it need more breed, colony scale and choose other index of disease resistance to analysis deeply, and look for inherit marker concatenating with disease resistance in pIFN- Y gene, so it will be applied in the breeding of disease resistance.
