Mineral elements are the bases of apple yield and quality. There were many absorption styles of mineral elements. Many applying styles had been studied in accord with their absorbing styles.8-year-old apple trees (Malus domestica Borkh c.v. Red Fuji) were used as material in the study .Four Mineral Elements (Ca in CaCl2 . Fe in FeSO4 , Zn in ZnSO4, Se in Na2SeO4) were supplied by automatic drip instrument and pipe convey system . Dynamic changes of absorption in four mineral elements were studied. Three concentrations (400 mg/L, 600 mg/L and 800 mg/L)were applied in the study , and supplied to trees in Floral period , young-fruit period and mature period .Roots, Shoots ,leaves and fruits in the mature period were gathered and analyzed. The results showed as follow: 1, The contents of four mineral elements in different organs were influenced by the supply period, compared at the same concentration and at the same reagent. Ca contents of root and leaf were influenced by supplement in florai period , Ca content of fruit was influenced significantly by supplement in young-fruit period, and Ca content of shoot was changed apparently by supplement in 30 days before harvest. Fe contents of fruit and leaf were influenced apparently by supplement in floral period, Fe content of shoot in the treatment of young-fruit period and Fe content of root in the treatment before harvest were influenced. Zn content of fruit and shoot were changed significantly through supplement in young-fruit period, and Zn contents of leaf and root were influenced significantly by the supplement before harvest. Se contents of leaf and branch were influenced by the supplement in floral or young-fruit period, and the best result appeared by the supplement before harvest.2 -. The contents of four mineral element in different organs were influenced by different concentration of mineral element, compared at the same period of treatment. The contents of Ca ,Fe ,Zn and Se in fruit,leaf,shoot and root were increased more apparently in the treatment of 800 mg/L than in the other treatment.
