| This article takes the’Red Love’apple as the research object.The content and ratio of mineral elements N,P,K,Ca,Mg in the soil,fruit and leaves of different incidences of apple bitter pit,and analyzes the content and ratio of bitter pit.The occurrence is correlated with the content of mineral elements,and The prevention and treatment effects of several calcium treatment measures on bitter pit have been studied,and The following main results have been obtained:1.Correlation between the occurrence of bitter pit of’Red Love’apple and the content of mineral elements.Samples of soil,fruit and leaves were collected from orchards with different incidences of bitter pit to determine the content of main mineral elements in the samples.The results showed that the content of alkaline hydrolyzed N,quick-acting P,and quick-acting K in the soil were significantly positively correlated with the incidence of bitter pit.The Ca2+content and Ca2+/Mg2+value were extremely significantly negatively correlated with the incidence of bitter pit;The total N content,total P content,and total K content in fruits and leaves were significantly positively correlated with the incidence of bitter pit.The Ca2+content was significantly negatively correlated with the incidence of bitter pit.2.The control effect of calcium fertilizer in soil and calcium fertilizer sprayed on leaves on apple bitter pit.In 2020,four combinations of fertilization treatment and control experiments were carried out on the’Red Love’apple orchard in Jiutuan Erying,The results showed that the control effects of bitter pit were as follows:(soil application:Tebe calcium+superphosphate+calcium sulfate;leaf application:fruit and vegetable calcium+Taikang)>(soil application:terbe calcium+superphosphate+calcium sulfate;leaf application:green calcium)>(soil application:Tebe Calcium+superphosphate+calcium sulfate;leaf application:fruit and vegetable calcium)>(soil application:superphosphate+calcium sulfate,leaf application:fruit and vegetable calcium+too much resistance)>(soil application:superphosphate+calcium sulfate;leaf application:Fruit and vegetable calcium).The control effects of the four control treatments on bitter pit were 38.84%,30.58%,30.58%,22.31%,respectively.Soil base application of calcium fertilizer+foliar application of calcium supplementation can significantly reduce the incidence of bitter pit compared with pure foliar calcium supplementation.3.The effect of green manure intercropping in orchard on apple bitter pock.The results showed that the incidence of apple bitter pit in the intercropping alfalfa in 2019 was 16%lower than that of the control(clearly cultivated area),and the incidence of apple bitter pock in the intercropping annual green manure crop was 12%lower than that of the control;the ratio of intercropping alfalfa in 2020,The incidence of bitter pit in the control was reduced by 8.4%,and the incidence of intercropping annual green manure crops was reduced by 6.4%compared to the control.It shows that the different green manure crops in the orchard have a certain control effect on apple bitter pock,and the control effect is significantly improved with the extension of the intercropping period.4.The effect of calcium treatment on apple storability after harvest.After harvested apples were soaked with three different concentrations of calcium nitrate,calcium carbonate and green calcium reagents,the results showed that the calcium treatment significantly reduced the incidence of bitter acne during storage and improved the postharvest tolerance of apples storage resistance. |
