The exeperiment was carried out with materials of the indoors three-years changes bed larincipics-rupprechtii seedings and the in doors potted seedings. The indices include activity of SOD,POD and CAT activity and their yearly changing rules in different parts of the seedings.analy the effert of different treatments by Cu(484.5mg/kg)and Zn(501.6mg/kg) on Malondialdehyde (MDA)content and the isoenzyme electrophoresis of PPO and SOD under different treatments by Cu and Zn ,We have probed into the hardiness of Cu and Zn to Kernel-apricot and its mechanism. The results shows, (1)As a kind of protection protein ,the enzyme of SOD,POD and CAT can increase heat resistance.Changing of PPOactivity has a positive correalation with copper content.Zinc also has an indirect effect on the change of PPO cativity.thus ,add copper and zinc to soil can improve the activity of SOD ,further increase the seeding heat resistance. (2)The activity of SOD will reach arrive a vale-value at around 30 centigrade.Leaf of larincipics-rupprechtii under copper treatment can synthesize new PPOisoenzyme protein .If under zinc treatment ,leaf will synthesize new SOD isoenzyme protein. The result holds identical view the ferment activity analysis result that PPOactivity rises by copper treatmengt, and SOD activity rise by zinc treatment.(3)The determination results of MDA content under different treatments indicates,in the course of treatment by Cu and Zn peroxidation of larincipics-rupprechtii has been restrained ,and this tesult holds identical view with the ferment activity analysis result that SOD,POD and CATactivity rises by copper and zinc treatments, and it also shows, the action that copper and zinc raise hardiness of larincipics-rupprechtii is embodied through the change of the enzyme activity.
