Study On Anti-inflammatory Mechanism And Clinical Curative Effect Of Tsinggongye II

Tsinggongye â…¡ is pure Chinese herbal medicine product curing endometritis independently researched by institute of Lanzhou animal science & veterinary pharmacy of CAAS. Experiments were done to study clinicl curative effect, anti-inflammatory effect, anti-inflammatory mechanism.Mice auricle Edema model, mice metatarsal swelling, capillary osmosis model, granuloma model was made to examine anti-inflammatory effect'and the PGE2 content in inflammatory tissue of Tsinggongye â…¡. through chemistry and biological methods, Macrophages stimulated by LPS model was used to test the quantity of NO and TNFa secreted by cultured macrophages in vitro to study Tsinggongye â…¡ anti-inflammatory mechanism. Endometritis cases were treated by Tsinggongye â…¡ and it's curative effect was proved.Result: (1)2.5g/kg and 0.625g/kg Tsinggongye â…¡ injected and 2.5g/kg Tsinggongye II took orally could markedly lower xylene-induced swelling rate of mice auricle (compared with model control, p<0.01). There is NO difference between those two ways. In auricle Edema model, female mice's anti-inflammatory effect was better than male mice's (p<0.01). 2.5g/kg and 0.625g/kg Tsinggongye â…¡ could obviously inhibit carrageenan-induced mice metatarsal swelling rate (compared with model control, p<0.01), PGE2 quantity in inflammatory feet (compared with model control, p<0.01), acetic-acid-induced effusion of Evans Blue in abdomen (compared with model control, p<0.01) and paper-induced granuloma. (2)In culture medium of macrophages stimulated by LPS, Tsinggongye â…¡ could promote synthetize of NO and TNFa in inflammatory forepart, but restrain synthetize in later phase. Those effects were more obvious in larger treatment. (3)Clinical test proved that, during curing catarrh, purulent and chronic endometritis, effective cure rates of Tsinggongye â…¡ were 100%, 79%, 81%. 4-6 therapy times was recommended.
