Seveal kinds of garden plants(Tagetes erecta L,Amorpha fruticosa,Testuca arundinacea(bar lexas), Poa pretensis, mixed lawn grass, Maluspumila Mill,Ulmus pumila L) were irrigated respectively by primarymunicipal effluents, secondary municipal effluents, simulant wastewater andtap water in Urumqi. Then, physiological and ecological effects of these plantswere studied, and four kinds of physiological curve model of Testucaarundinacea were gained. So, these studies will provide some academic andpractical reference for scientific irrigation using municipal effluents.Photosynthesis systems of lawn grass and Amorpha fruticosa wereaffected positively by secondary municipal effluent, and biomass aboveground of these plants increased. However the biomass above ground and theflower of Tagetes erecta L. were affected negativily by secondary municipaleffluent. Cell membrane of lawn grass leaf was stressed by heavy metalelement in secondary municipal effluents, but the plant ability of antioxidasewas increased which prevented itself from been hurting. Cell membranesystem of Amorpha fruticosa and antioxidase system weren't excitated bysecondary municipal effluents.Malus pumila Mill was stressed badly by primary municipal effluents,leaves fringe curled gravily, splashies due to plant diseases and insect pestsincreased, contents of chlorophyll wasn't increased markedly, while contentsof MDA increased markedly and contents of soluble sugur deduced markedly,Ability of cell membrane osmotic regulation were hurt badly. Contents ofchlorophyll of Ulmus pumila L. increased mostly marked by irrigation usingprimary municipal effluents, and other indexes wasn't reduced makedlybecause of it's ability of better antiadversity. However, large numbers ofwithered leaf fringes, gaps, splashies due to insect pests, leavies fall off earlyfrom branch of Ulmus pumila L, which indicated that Ulmus pumila L werearosed easily premature senility,insect pests,ability of antiadversity reducingby irrigation using primary municipal effluents. Contents of chlorophyll ofmixed lawn grass increased mostly markedly, it's contents of MDA andsoluble sugur reduced markedly, which indicated mixed lawn grass wasaffected profitably by primary municipal effluents, But flooding of primarymunicipal effluents overly hurted lawn grass. During simulant wastewater irrigating Testuca arundinacea, studiesindicated:Element N was the main fact of affecting contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugur and CAT; Element Cd was mainly fact of affecting POD inwastwate disposal group; Element P and element Zn were the mainly facts ofthat affect MDA, and element P was the mainly fact of that affects MDA inwastewater disposal group, element Zn was mainly fact of that affects (同上)MDA in tap water disposal group. Relativity analysis indicated:Relativeness of physiological indexes between MDA and soluble sugur wasmarked mightly; Mutual relativities of CAT ,SOD and POD weremarked.During cure estimation, we gained four kinds of curve mathematicmodels about physiological indexes of Testuca arundinacea. These modelswere all quadratic function and cubic function. The number of linear model ofphysiological index in wastewater disposal group was more than tap waterdisposal group, which indicated multiformity of experiment result inwastewater disposal group was increased after environment changed.
