The traditional planting method of edible, that is solid strain planting method,is of long cycle,low efficiency, and then edible fungi supplay falls short of demand. Researches on edible fungi liquid strain need complex technology, rigid cenvironment condition and timely examination. So, although there are many researchers, yet there are few who can employ liquid strain effectively. Aming at this fact, the technics and application of edible fungi liquid strain is researched in this subject.The main research output is following:l.Flammulina velutipes and Coprinus comatus are applied as the research objects.The best substrates of liquid strain, the best culture environmental conditions, culture process and control, the pollution liquid culture and the control to it are studied through single-factor,double two-factor and vertical experiments. The results show: the best prescription is corn flour 3 %, glucose 2%,bran 2%, peptone 0.3%, bitter salt 0.05%, KH2PO4 0.05% vitamine B 0.05%, bean oil 0.03%.2.The experiments of cultivating liquid strains, filtering breeds and stocking strains are carried out. The results show: he pH of the Flammulina velutipes planting material should be 6.5 to 7.0, and the water-containing rate should be 57% to 60%; Fv-19 and Yuxue are found the suitable Flammulina velutipes to be carried liquid cultrure; the liquid fungi can be kept for only 10 dates or so in normal temperature(22℃ or so), yet they can be kept for 210 dates in low temperature (4℃ or so) ,and still activated,then the hard preserving problem is solved.3. the experiments to compare liquid and solid fungi and the benefit analysis are carried.The results show: contrast to solid strain culture, it has a lot of advantages such as short cycle, orderly growth and high efficiency, the economy effect can be enhanced for 15% to 20%, the promising prospect of liquid fungi is proved adequately.4.The effect of the growth element —wood vinegar liquid on the Coprinus comatus liquid strain production is researched. The results show: 0.01% to 0.1% wood vinegar liquid can promote biology quantity of Flammulina velutipes for 30% to 40%, yet wood vinegar liquid of high concentration restrain Flammulina velutipes liquid culture.During the process of the subject, a lot of compositive knowledge such asbiology, chymistry, engineering, microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology, are employed. And the integrate technics scheme of liquid culture is set up by single-factor, double-factor, mulriple-factor tests using the statistical tools such as Excel and SPSS.And the application research has been carried out successfully, an effective way for planting edible fungi industrially has been offered.
