Coprinus comatus is a kind of rare edible fungus with health care function of nutrition, welcomed deeply by consumers. Cultivated area is expanded constantly in recent years. Screening the fine bacterial strain and studying the fertile culture mode has already become the focus on studying the Coprinus comatus at present. This experiment compares 9 pieces of bacterial strain that come from different areas, and 6 different prescriptions of culture material. It also studies the greenhouse cultivating of Coprinus comatus in summer and five cultivating mode that uses land for growing field crops and small arch shed. The result shows : ①The output of 4 bacterial strains that uses to be experimented is very high, the No, No.7 and No.5 bacterial strain is remarkably superior to No.1, their biological conversion rations are separately higher than that of No.1, the status is 46.6%,33.9% and 15.5%.②when the Coprinus comatus is cultivated with cottonseed shell, corncob, maize straw, wheat straw, and waste material, their biological conversion rations is separately 95.1%,78.5%,50.8%,45.4% and 98%.③We can use 60% of maize core,20 %of cottonseed shell, 15% of wheat bran . 4% of calcium oxide. 1% of compound fertilizer. The output of Coprinus comatus that uses corncob is much higher than that of 96% cottonseed shell, 1% of compound fertilizer 3% of lime, the biological conversion ration is 132.5%.④When we cultivate Coprinus comatus through greenhouse mode in summer, we can use such as of 45% of cottonseed shell,40% of maize core,15% of wheat bran,5% of corn flour,3% of lime,17% compound fertilizer and waste material such as 40% of maize core ,30% of white mushroom,5% of wheat bran,5% of corn flour,4% of lime dust,1% of compound fertilizer,1% of gesso the biological conversion pattern can be up to 66.9%~75.6%, It also can be cultivated be anti-season, and then the best economic benefit can be received.⑤The economic benefit of the cultivating with big plastic shed in bags shelf is superior to the cultivating with an embanked field and without bags.⑥The mode of cultivation with big shed and small arch fermented ,an embanked field is widen ,the less investment ,the more benefit ,the farmers are ready to accepting it.
