Two experiment was conducted to determine the optimal parameters of proteinase to hydrolyze soybeam meal(SBM) and to evaluate the feeding value of the hydrolyzed SBM..In Expl,a serial of trials were conducted to study the optimal parameters for proteinase to hydrolyze SBM in vitro. Alcalase or/and Flavourzyme, neutrase or/and acid proteinase with different levels, hydrolyzed time, pH, and temperature were used to study the effects on Trichloroacetic acid-nitrogen solution index(TCA-NSI), degree of hydrolysis(DH). The optimal parameters for Alcalase were 60℃, pH7.9-9.0, 4-7hr, and 0.012AU/g--0.024AU/gSBM; The optimal parameters for neutrase were 60℃,pH6.6,4-6hr, 1500-1000U/gSBM.At the condition of 50℃ and no pH regulation,with the addition of Alcalase and Flavourzyme together, the optimal parameters were Alcalase 0.006-0.021AU/gSBM, Flavourzyme 2LAPU/gSBM,and 6-10.5hr with the results of amido nitroges 8.807%-13.33% and TCA-NSI 31.66%-56.53%. At the condition of 50℃ and no pH regulation, with the addition of Neutral proteinase and acid proteinase together, the optimal parameters were Neutral proteinase 200-1100U/gSBM, acid proteinase 100U/gSBM, 6-10.5hr with the results of amido nitrogens 6.76%-9.54% and TCA-NSI 32.22%-54.58%.In Exp2 a single-factor design was employed to evaluate the feeding value of the hydrolyzed SBM. 21 crossbred DLY 24±1 day old weaned piglets were randomly allotted to 3 dietary treatments(control group with normal SBM addition; hydrolyzed SBM 1 that was hydrolyzed by neutral proteinase 800U/gSBM and acid proteinase lOOU/gSBM at pH6.6 for 10.5hr;hydrolyzed SBM2 that was hydrolyzed with Alcalase 0.012AU/gSBM and Flavourzyme2LAPU/g at pH6.6 for 10.5hr)with 7 replicates of one pig. The entire experiment periods was 21 days.Diets of hydrolyzed SBM were fed in wet, piglets Ad libitum acceses to water.The ADFI of piglets fed hydrolyzed SBM 1 diets tended to reduce by 6.68% (p>0.05), 11.03% (p>0.05), 7.73% (p>0.05) in the second,third week or the entire experiment periods compared with control group,but there was a tendency for ADG to increase by 4.57% (p>0.05) ,and then reduced F/G by 12.94% (p>0.05) .The growth performance of entire experiment periods was decreased with hydrolyzed SBM 2 addition, the decreased ADFI was up to 26.32%(p<0.05) and ADG was reduced up to 34.70% (p<0.05) .F/G was improved with 15.63% (p>0.05) .The diarrhea index of piglets fed the two hydrolyzed SBM diets has a tendency to decrease ( p=0.08 ) .In conclusion.the hydrolyzed SBM could decrease F/G,diarrhea of piglet, growth performance of piglet were better for hydrolyzed SBM 1 than hydrolyzed SBM 2.
