Two experiments-were conducted to determine the optimal hydrolylical parametes of NSP enzymes (including cellulase, mannanase, and pectinase) and proteina.se to hydrolyze SBM, and to evaluate the feeding value of the hydrolyzed SBM.Exp.l Study on the Optimal Parametes of NSP Enzymes and Proteinase to Hydrolyze SBMRegression designs were employed to evaluate the effects of the supplementing levels of cellulase, mannanase, and pectinnase and the hydrolysis lime on the release of reductive sugar from SBM. Then, the hydrolysis degree of SBM protein by neulrase and papain were determined. On the basis of results of SUM hydrolyzed by NSP enzymes and proieinase, the optimal hydrolytical parameles were established. The results showed that treatment of lg SBM by 80U cellulase, 40U mannanase, and 160U pectinnase for 6h first, then by 5001) neutrse for 4h could achieve good hydrolyzed results. In the final hydrolysates, the percentage of reductive sugar was 8.18%, and Ihe hydrolysis degrees of SBM protein was4.50%.Exp.2 Evaluation of the Feeding Value of the hydrolyzed SBM on pigletsA single-factor design was employed to evaluate the feeding value of the hydrolyzed SBM. 12 crossbred (DLY) pigs weaned on day 2I盜 were randomly allotted to 3 dietary treatments(40%SBM, 40%incubated SBM and 40% hydrolyzed SBM) with 4 replicates per treatment and 1 pig per replicate. Incubated SBM and hydrolyzed SBM were dried under 5()-60"C in oven. The trial was conducted for 14 days. All of the fcces and urine were collected lor the last -I days. At the end of the trial, all pig were killed for collecting the contents in stomach and distal ileum. Body gain and feed intake, (H; and CP in diets, feces and urine, amino acids in ileal content, and pi I of gastric content were examined respectively at the end of the trial. The results showed that feeding SBM hydrolysates diet did not significantly affect the performance of pigs. Compared to SBM, the apparent ileal digestibilities of His, Arg, Met, Lys and Pro in SBM hydrolysates were decreased significanlly(p<0.01). The apparent ileal digestibilities of Lys and Met were also decreased sigmllcantly(p0.01) for SBM hydrolysate compared to incubated SBM. llydrolizalion with enzyines did not significantly affect the digestibility and availability values of CP and energy in SBM. SBM hydrolysates reduced the diarrhea of pigs significantly(p<0.05) compared to the other two SBM-treatments. The pi I values of gastric contents in incubated SBM and SBM hydrolysates were significantly(p
