The leaves of Pelargonium domesticum Bailey, P.graveolens L'Herit and P. zonale Ait were used for explant to establish the technique system of tissue culture. Emphasize the research of the best medium of each stage in vitro multiplication of P.domesticum Bailey. Studeid on the solution of browning by the P. zonale Ait's tissue culture. Orthogonal comparisons and Excel,DPS were used to the data processing, the results were as follows:(1) The best season of getting explants of these Pelargonium was September. And the best way of sterilization was 75% alcohol for10 seconds, then 0.1% HgCl for 3 minutes.(2)Best initial medium for P.domesticum and P.graveolens was MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L , for P. zonale, the best medium was MS+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+AC 1g/L+Vc 1mg/L,the rates of sprout were 75 per,80 per and 71.43 per.(3)Best proliferation medium of P.domesticum was MS+BA 1.0mg/L +NAA 0.1mg/L ,the rate of multiplication was 13.05 after 20 days, while the rate of P.graveolens was 8.7 after 20 days in medium MS+BA 2.0mg/L +NAA 0.5mg/L.(4)Using 1/2MS'(each part of medium MS were reduce to half),stronger nursling could be got. In rooting culture , 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L were used for P.domesticum while 1/2MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L were used for P.graveolens. the rooting rate of P.domesticum was 97%.(5) Choose perlite and vermiculite each half as the transplanting medium, the survival rate of P.domesticum was 85%.(6)Putting active carbon and vitamin C into the medium could not reduce the browning of P. zonale obviously. It can be played down at a certain extent by reducing the dosage of 6-BA, but the rate of sprout were played down too.
