Study On Biological Character Of Different Sexual Rhodiola Sachal Inensis A.Bor.

In this paper, we study surrounding facts germinating rate of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor. and sexual morphology and floral organ of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor. and distinguishing sex of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor. in seedling by peroxidase. The results of experiments are shown as follows:1. We can get the best germinating rate when combination of GA₃ 600ppm, Treat time 90min and Culture temperature 28°C.2. As a result, the female is more than male and the hermaphrodite is the least.3. Among the different sexual plants of Rhodiola sachalinensis, height of plant, thickness of stem, ratio of length and broad of leaves and tiller are not significance difference, but length and broad of leaves are special significance difference.4. The difference of different sexual floral organ is that pistillate flower owns fertile carpel without stamen and the three or four carpels are the most from one to twelve, and staminate flower owns stamen and sterile carpel, and bisexual flower owns fertile carpel and stamen.5. The result of examination is that both number and deepness of peroxidase bands are different.
