The Comparable Researching Of The Polysaccharose Of Grifola Umbellate To The Immunological Horizonal Influenceof The Mice

The polysaccharose of mycelium of Grifola umbellate (PPS1) and the polysaccha rose of sclerotium of Grifola umbellate (PPS2) both were extracted by hot water leaching way, which were purified dispoing by Sevage way, determined the polysac charose content by 3,5-dinitro-salicylate way, and comparablly analysed infrared spectrum by Fourier transforming infrared spectrophotometer,which suggest that two kinds of polysaccharose were the similar infrared spectrum.The two kinds of polysaccharose had been compared their immune pharmacolog -ical effect by a series of tests to the mice which were immunological organ weight test, celiac mononuclear cacrophage test, erythrocyte rosette formation test, EAC rosette formation test, metatarsal swelling thickness test, and lymphocyte transformation test. The data of those tests by stacical analysed suggested that the difference between the mice group of PPS test and the mice group of blank control test was significance in immunological organ weight test(P>0.05), and in the formation rate of active rossette in erythrocte rosette test(P>0.01), and the difference between two groups was extremely significance (P>0.05) in celiac mononucleur macrophage test(P>0.01), in the formation rate of total rosette in erythrocyte rosette test(P>0.01), in the metatarsal swelling thickness test(P>0.01), and in lymphocyte transformation test(P>0.01). But the difference between the mice group of PPS1 test and mice group of PPS2 test was not significance in the 6 tests which were narrated.( P<0.05)It suggested that both PPSl and PPS2 have the capability to enhance body's immune, which are well immunological enhancement agent. So omnidirectionaldeveloping production of polysaccharose of mycelium of Grifola umbellate could be greatly wide foreground.
