Grifola umbellate could also absorb nutrition from the earth. Some researchers found that Grifola umbellate could absorb inorganic nutrition, the absorption became more and more along the time. Grifola umbellate could also absorb organic nutrition, and the absorption did the same. But the total quantity is not much. It is the secondary nutrition to Grifola umbellateSclerotia of Grifola umbellate were used as a kind of Chinese herbs medicine. Hypha is the material base of sclerotia. Experiments take the hypha as object, with solid and liquid media to study the effect of secondary nutrition to the growth of Grifola umbellate hypha, on the growth rate, dry weight and sugar percent of Grifola umbellate, and to study the effect of secondary nutrition to the cluster of Grifola umbellate hypha.To study the effect of Armillaria mellea to Grifola umbellate common culture and fermentation fluid are used.The main results are as follows:1. P, K, Cu and Zn all played positive role in the growth of Grifola umbellate hypha on the growth rate, dry weight and sugar percent. Especially Cu and Zn did on sugar percent. Cu and Zn did better on sugar percent than P, K Significantly. This could explain that why there is more P, K, Cu and Zn in the earth where Grifola umbellate lived.2. Experiments found that N nutrient intensely promoted the formation of sclerotia. And the higher of the concentration, the stronger of the promotion. That's never found before. Some researchers thought that maybe it is short-time low temperature that was useful to the cluster. some researchers discovered and application of the companion fungus related to sclerotial formation from hyphase of Grifola umbellate. They thought that companion fungus is the main factor that promoted the formation of sclerotia. And Grifola umbellate hypha would not cluster without it. Experiments found that N nutrient could intensely promote the formation of sclerotia, which found a new way to promote the cluster of Grifola umbellate hypha.3. From the state of Grifola umbellate hypha with different Armillaria mellea fermentation fluid and the phenomenon of Grifola umbellate cultured with Armillaria mellea together, experiments showed the better matches of Grifola umbellate and Armillaria mellea. There was obviously Antagonism in the together-culture experiment. Different Armillaria mellea fermentation fluid all did better to the growth of Grifola umbellate hypha than CK. And the result was different with different Armillaria mellea fermentation fluid. |
