| In our country, resources of stalks are rich in the field, with widespread and large in amount. It is available method which accord with developing stockbreeding, to develop stalk feeding livestock, to carry out farming and herding combined, and to form stockbreeding structure of saving grain. By a new 9LRZ-80 rubbing and cutting machine used, the range of feedstuff was enlarged, the quality of straw-stalk was improved, as a result, the waste of coarse fodder of straw-stalk was decreased. some deficiencies had been found in the machine. the thesis's aim is to analyze and study the key parts of the machine, so that the theoretic gist is offered. Firstly, in order to find some illogical parts and offer improvable measure,a knife of the machine was analyzed from these aspects which include kinds of cutting way, shape of cutter-edge, material and so on.At the same time, to apply "ANSYS"method, new knife's static intensity was analyzed in contrast with old's, so that the theoretical gist was offered for optimizing design of the knife. Secondly, the cutter of the machine was studied from reducing vibration, emphasis on knives array, homeostasis. To apply "ANSYS"method, At the same time, it was known that inherent frequency of the main axis was so far higher than vibratory frequency, and the machine main axis'rotational speed won't cause sympathetic vibration. Thirdly, parts of two hundred were drawn, virtual assembled by UG. Then the cutter was gone on dynamic simulations, dynamic analysis, and the gap test. Finally, the experimentation of the model machine was done, choosing corn stalk as material, the result confirmed that the machine was good, especially the corn stalk of containing more water. |
