Effect Of The Maize Seeds On Seed Manure Of Characteristics Of Seed Germination And Seedling Emergence And Study On The Method Of Seed Manure Application

This text studied the effect of fertilizer soaking seed and being made seed manure on seed sprout and seedling growth with the experiment material that include two maize varieties, six kinds of fertilizer and six kinds of trace element in order to propose the use technology of maize seed manure that is one scientific , reasonable technology and can use generally in field on the basis of forefathers study , and serve for peasants' practice , the results were as follows:It could improve the germination tendency and percentage of maize seed, improve the maize seedling fresh weight and dry weight, improve the maize seedling length and root length and increase the root absorbability of maize seedling by the means of soaking maize seed with 0.05-0.1% fertilizer solution for 12 hours, which could lay a good foundation for seedling growth neatly and strongly in seedling stage. Under 0.50%-5.0% density, the seed germination was inhibited, the seed sprouting was influenced, the seedling fresh weight and dry weight was influenced and the seedling shoot and root length was influenced, even it boiled the seed and seedling when it was serious. After soaking seed, maize seed vigor, plant root number, root fresh length, shoot breathe value, root breathe value and N,P,K content have remarkable difference extremely among six fertilizers. Generally, KH₂PO₄ behave the best, urea take second place, then KCl, K2SO4, rotten to plant sour compound fertilizer and compound fertilizer for the above-mentioned index. The every above-mentioned index of Deng-hai 11 and Nong-dan 5 were the best when the density of KH₂PO₄ was 0.1% among all the treatments.It could improve the embryonic ability of the seed, guarantee the quality of the seedling of seedling stage, have remarkable facilitation to the growth of the seedling, improve the speed of breath of the bud and root at the same time and have a certain influence to the content of seedling chlorophyll after maize seeds were soaked with nourish oral liquid with Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni and Mo.It had remarkable influence on maize seed and seedling growth when KH₂PO₄, KCl, compound fertilizer were made seed manure. Its emergence rate of seedling, seedling length, seedling dry weight, the germination index of maize seed, vigor index 1, vigor index 2, simple index and nitrogen phosphorus kalium content of plant were higher than CK in three different ways of applying fertilizer when quantity of fertilizer was 15-75 kg/hm². And they reached the maximum while quantity of fertilizer was 45 kg/hm², they had remarkable difference with CK too. As to the above every index,, it was the best that fertilizer was constructed on plant side 3-5cm, dark 5-8cm, it took second place that the fertilizer was conducted below seed and it was worst that the fertilizer was constructed with seed together at applying fertilizer way.The rate of seedling emergence, length of seedling and dry weight of seedling also took the tendency of increasing first and then decreasing with the quantity of fertilizer increasing when KH₂PO₄, KCl, compound fertilizer were made seed manure in different ways of applying fertilizer.
