The thesis is focusing on six kinds of soil samples in tea gardens, including three organic tea gradens of Xiangyin county Lanling, two organic tea gardens and one general tea garden of Changsha county Jinjing in Hunan province. We determined and analyzed the soil nutrients, quantities of soil microorganism main groups, soil microorganism activity and urease activity at all seasons. In addition, filtrated initially the antimicrobial actinomycetes. We found that the change rule of soil microorganism and its activity, urease activity at all seasons and the difference of different tea garden, analyzed the correlation of main factors among them. The results are as follows:Organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, quick-acting nitrogen, quick-acting phosphorus, quick-acting potassium contents in six tea gardens are high. On the overall content, organic matter contents in the close planting organic tea garden of Jinjing are the most; total nitrogen, total phosphorus, quick-acting nitrogen, quick-acting phosphorus, quick-acting potassium contents are all the most in organic tea garden which lies in farmhouse's doorway of Lanling Lianhua Tangshan. Soil pH of each tea garden lies between 4.0-5.0, which is acid.Among six kinds soil samples of tea gardens, yeast quantity is the most, bacteria takes second place, actinomycetes takes third place, mold is the fewest. 2.24% of bacteria is bacillus. We identified mold, found that Penicillum is the dominant species, Paecilomyces, Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Rhizopus, Mucor are familiar species. Among five kinds of microorganism with different physiological function, aerobic free-living nitrogen fixing bacteria quantity is the most, nitrite bacteria takes second place, anaerobic cellulolytic organism is the fewest. Through identifying and statistics indicated that actinomycetes quantity is the most among cellulolytic organism.The changeful tendency of soil microorganism quantity during seven months is that quantities of soil microorganism in June lower than in March, increased in July, decreased in August. After that, it increased in the following two months. In October, the quantity reached the top. In November, it decreased again. Up to next March, it increased once again. During seven months, the quantity of soil microorganism in October is the most, it takes second in July and March. It is relatively few in August.
