The results show that : 1) The techniques for peach flower and fruit thinning include techniques for disbudding, fruit thinning and fruit fixing; This method for flower and fruit thinning is done mostly by hand; The proper time for flower and fruit thinning is disbudding one week before blossom, 20~30 days after blossom fruit thinning, 40 to 60 days after blossom fruit fixing. 2) The paper bags are special for peaches, and there are four colors: white, yellow, orange and drab Bags for protecting peaches are single ply and coloring bags are black inside with either single ply or double plies. 3) It's better to bag the fruits after fruit thinning (fruit fixing) but before the fruits are eaten by the dominating local pest. For the variety which have physiological fruit drop, it's better to bagging 50~60 days after blossom. while others can be bagged 30 days after blossom, 4) Bag removing. It's better to move bags when the fruits are harvested for those pigmentation variety in single ply bags, those coloring up easily should be taken off 4~5 days before harvest, and for those hard to color up, 10~15 days before harvest while for those medium coloring, take away the bags 6~7 days before harvest. Fruits are easy to burn by the sun when bags are taken off in hot days or under an intense sunshine. Hence, the paper bags above the fruits should firstly be tore down a little, which take on umbrella-shape above the fruits, so that they could be sheltered from direct sunlight, then after 5~7 days for transition under the natural scattered light, all of fruit bags could be taken away; For those grow in double-ply bags, the exterior bag can be removed 12~15 days before harvest, while the interior bag remains, or the translucent or euphotic layer can be removed 5~7 days before harvest, after bag removing, leaf that shelter the fruits from lights need picking off, hence, fruits can be irradiated all around and colored uniformly.
