Study On Application And Popularisition On Fruit Trees Of 10% SCORE WG

The study focused on the field application technology and popularisition methodology of new fungicide 10% SCORE water dispensible granules (WG) against important fruit tree diseases in Shaanxi province. The main results are as follows.1.By means of macelium growth rate and spore germination method, at the concentration of 33.3mg /L, the results of vitro bioassay showed that 10% SCORE had strong inhibition against Alternaria mail.2. At the concentration of 20mg /L, spraying 10% SCORE with 3 times successively at an interval of 7 or 10 days, the field trails results indicated that it had more than 80% control effect against Venturia pirina. At the concentration of 16.6mg /L, 2 or 3 sprays can had 67.2%-87.2% control effect. At the concentration of 33.3~40 mg /L and 33.3~50mg ft, the control effect against Alternaria mali and Elsinoe ampelina was between 80.0~ 90.0% and 78.9~85.1% respectively.3. The investigation of mode of popularising pesticide in area of fruit tree showed that train system of agriculture Sci-tech is very important to popularize pesticide. Fruit culture association combined with agriculture technical service , advertisement mix with supply are the best mode of popularizing.
