Comprehensive Utilization Of Beasts And Birds' Bone And Preparation Of Compound Amino Acid Chelated Calcium

This paper carried on the follow-up investigation to the comprehensive utilization of beasts and birds' bone mainly, the method of the laboratory was Utilized to analyse the rate of different beasts and birds' products, and a new generation calcium preparation- compound amino acid chelated calcium with by-product of bone glue and offal from extracting oil-defatted soybean was deceloped. Best process conditions of drawing calcium from bone dreg, enzymatic hydrolysising defatted soybean to prepare amino acid and preparing compound amino acid chelated calcium were confirmed, and the discussion of the characteristics of above-mentioned crafts and calcium preparation were carried on.Drawing the calcium from the bone dreg with enzymatic hydrolysising and acid hydrolysising separately, the acid hydrolysising was better. Useing hydrochloric acid , lactic acid , citric acid , acetic acid separately, the hydrochloric acid has the best result. On the base of single factor test, the best condition of acid hydrolysising were determined according to three fators quadratic rotation design: acid hydrolysising 1g bone meal, the best density of hydrochloric acid was 2. 75mol/L, the best consumption was 1. 75ml, the" best time was 57min, Under this kind of condition, the content of soluble calcium was 15. 60%, the calcium conversion ratio was 53. 35%.The trypsin was Used to hydrolysis defatted soybean, on the base of the single factor testing, orthogonal design with DH% as only guide was adopted, the suitable hydrolysis parameters were given: temperture was 40 "C, the density of the defatted soybean was 5% and the comsumption of the trypsin was 1.5%, pH was 9.0, time was 16h, under this condition the hydrolysising rate was the highest,was 40. 71%.The best way to produce compound amino acid chelated calcium was studied using three fators quadratic rotation design according to chelated rate as only guide ,and its result indicated that: the quality amino acid was 5:1 compared with the calcium to compound, pH was 7. 9, temperature was 45℃, chelated rate was 72. 86%. the IR was used to determine product at the same time .
