experiments.Experiment one,the effect of adding feather blood hydrolysate with different pepsin digestibility in vitro to diets on performance,nutrient digestibility in growing pigs.Experiment two,the effect of feather blood hydrolysate on production performance,blood biochemical indexes,nutrient digestibility and pork quality in growing-finishing pigs.Experiment three,effect of low crude protein diet adding feather blood hydrolysate on production performance,blood biochemical indexes and nutrient digestibility in growing-finishing pigs.Experiment one mainly study the effects of adding feather blood hydrolysate with different pepsin digestibility in vitro(A80,A90)on performance,nutrient digestibility in pigs.Design of single factor experiment was used.Experiment 1: Three hundred DLY growing pigs were selected and randomly divided into five treatments,each treatment with four repeats,every repeat fifteen pigs.TreatmentⅠwas fed ordinary diet,Treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴwere fed ordinary diet +1%,2%,3%,4% A80 respectively.The experiment period lasted 30 days.Experiment 2: Two hundred and forty DLY growing pigs were selected and randomly divided into four treatments,each treatment with four repeats,every repeat fifteen pigs.Ordinary diet was used to feed treatmentⅠpigs,treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were fed ordinary diet+1%,2%,3% A90 respectively.Experiment period lasted 30 days.Result: Experiment 1: The ADG,ADFI,F/G have no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),however the ADG has a tendency to reduce with the increase dose of A80.The digestibility of nutrient there were no regularity.Experiment 2:With the increase of A90,ADG has a quadratic increase trend.The ADG of treatment Ⅲwas significant higher than treatmentⅠ(P < 0.05),and has no significant difference with other treatments(P>0.05).The ADFI of treatment Ⅲ was significant higher than other treatments(P<0.05).There were no regularity in the digestibility of nutrient.Conclusion: When pepsin digestibility in vitro of the feather blood hydrolysate was 80%,no significant improvement on performance was found.When pepsin digestibility in vitro of the feather blood hydrolysate was 90%,feather blood hydrolysate showed a quadratic improvement to pig’s performance.Experiment two mainly study the best addition percentage of feather blood hydrolysate based on pig,s production performance,blood biochemical indexes,nutrient digestibility and pork quality.Design of single factor experiment was used.Growing pig stage: three hundred DLY growing pigs were selected and randomly divided into five treatments,each treatment with four repeats,every repeat fifteen pigs.Ordinary diet was used to feed treatmentⅠpigs,Treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were fed ordinary diet +1%,2%,3%,4%T30 respectively.30 days experiment period for growing pig stage.Finshing pig stage: One hundred and eighty DLY finshing pigs were selected and randomly divided into three treatments,each treatment with four repeats,every repeat fifteen pigs.Ordinary diet was used to feed treatmentⅠpigs,ordinary diet +2% T30 was used to feed treatment Ⅱ,ordinary diet +2% T25 was used to feed treatment Ⅲ.23 days experiment period lasted for finshing pig stage.Result: Growing pig stage:(1)Production Performance: The ADG of treatment Ⅲ was significantly higher than treatmentⅠand treatment Ⅴ(P<0.05).The ADFI of treatment Ⅲ has significant higher than treatmentⅡ and have no significant difference with other treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Blood Biochemical Indexes:The total protein(TP),globulin has significant difference between treatment Ⅱand treatmentⅤ(P<0.05),As a whole is on the rise(P>0.05).The urea nitrogen of treatment Ⅱ has significant lower than other treatment(P<0.05).(3)Apparent digestibility of nutrients: The dry matter and crude protein digestibility of treatment Ⅴ has significant difference with other treatment(P < 0.05).The digestibility of dry matter and crude protein digestibility decline with the increase of T30.Finshing pig stage:(1)Production Performance:The ADG of treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲ were significantly higher than the treatmentⅠ(P<0.05).The ADFI of treatment Ⅱ was the highest and had no significant difference with treatment Ⅲ(P>0.05).The F/G has no significant difference between treatments.(2)Apparent digestibility of nutrients: The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,phosphorus of treatment Ⅱ,Ⅲhave significant lower than treatmentⅠ(P<0.05),but has no significant difference between two(P>0.05).(3)Pork quality: Backfat and skin + fat rate has a rising tend and lean meat rate has a reduce tendency with the increase of T30.The shear stress with the increase of T30 has a tendency to reduce.Conclusion:(1)The optimum adding amount of feather blood hydrolysate in the stage of growing pig was 1.80%.(2)Feather blood hydrolysate can improve the production performance,decrease feed/gain ratio.(3)Feather blood hydrolysate on blood level of total protein,globulin level has a tendency to improve.Experiment three mainly probed the effects to decrease 3% protein levels in diet and adding different percentage of feather blood hydrolysate(T30)on performance,blood biochemical indexes,nutrient digestibility and backfat in growing-finishing pigs.Design of single factor experiment was used.Three hundred growing pigs were selected and randomly divided into five treatments,each treatment with four repeats,every repeat fifteen pigs.Ordinary diet as control was fed in treatmentⅠ,low protein diet(LP)was fed in treatmentⅡ,LP+1%T30,2%T30,3%T30 diet was fed in treatment Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴrespectively.Fifty-four days for experimental stage(thrity days for Stage of growing pigs,twenty-four days for stage of finishing pigs).Result:(1)Production performance: The ADFI、F/G of treatmentⅡwas significantly lower than treatmentⅠ(P<0.05).No significant difference in ADG and ADFI was found between treatmentⅠand treatment Ⅴ(P>0.05).The difference in F/G among the groups was no significant(P>0.05).(2)Back fat :The difference of back fat thickness was not significant among groups(P>0.05).(3)Blood Biochemical Indexes: Albumin content of treatmentⅡ was the lowest and had significant difference with treatment Ⅲ,Ⅳ.Urea content of treatmentⅠwas the highest and that of treatmentⅡwas the lowest.Significant difference exists between treatmentⅠand treatmentⅡ(P<0.05),and they had no significant difference compared with other treatments(P>0.05).(4)Apparent fecal digestibility of nutrients: The dry matter digestibility of treatmentⅠwas significant higher than Ⅳ(P<0.05).No significant difference existed among other treatments(P > 0.05).The apparent fecal digestibility of crude protein and calcium for all low protein treatments were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion :With the 3 percentage reduction of dietary crude protein,production performance of pig was significantly reduced.When adding at 3% T30 small peptide can achieve the result of normal protein levels.Preliminarily,the study provided opptimal the ratio of CP,small peptide,lysine was 13%,0.4%,0.84% for 60-90 kg growing pigs,and 11.5%,0.4%,0.65%
