| the virus-free self-rooted, virus-free grafts, ordinary self-rooted and ordinary grafts young trees of jujube jun zao among 2-3 years were taken as the materials, and the single leaf area ,the leaf area per unit leaf weight, the chlorophyll contents, the chlorophyll a/b, the density and the size of stomata, the light saturation point and the light compensation point ,the Hill reaction activity, the photosynthetic rate(Pn), the stoma conductivity (Gs ) ,the transpiration rate (Tr) ,the intercellular concentration were studied in this experiment. The results could be concluded as follows:1. The seasonal variation of the self-rooted and the grafts of the single leaf area ,the leaf area per unit leaf weight, the chlorophyll contents, the chlorophyll a/b, the density and the size of stomata, the light saturation point and the light compensation point ,Hill reaction activity, the photosynthetic rate(Pn),and the seasonal and day variation of the stoma conductivity (Gs) the transpiration rate (Tr) and the intercellular CO2 concentration were basically the same as the ordinary one in the growth phase.2. The single leaf area of virus-free of the self-rooted and the grafts were higher 5.77%-7.19% and 5.53%-7.17% than those of the ordinary; the leaf area per unit leaf weight of virus-free of self-rooted and grafts are higher 6.92%-22.96% and 9.2%-28.17% than those of the ordinary; the chlorophyll contents of virus-free of self-rooted grafts are higher 4.29%-16.83% and 3.08%-18.07% than those of ordinary; the chlorophyll a/b of virus-free of self-rooted and grafts are higher 6.95%- 18.63% and 7.67%~20.65% than those of ordinary; the density and the size of stomata and are higher 20.65% and 12.76%,5.63% and 15.4%,7.21% and 2.42%; the Hill reaction activity is higher 4.08%-8.49% and 1.59%-7.8% than those of ordinary; the seasonal variation of the stoma conductivity was higher 3.31%-14.36%and 4.69%-15.92%,the transpiration rate was higher 13.01%-32.65%and 5.83%-29.27% than those of the ordinary, the intercellular CO2 concentration was higher4.21%-11.49% and 3.18%-9.29%than those of the ordinary, the photosynthetic rate were higherl3.77%-25.52%andll.l2%-19.65%than those of ordinary, and the differences of the virus-free and the ordinary were significant; the light compensation points of the virus-free jujube jun zao young trees between the self-rooted and the grafts were lower 16.48%-22.99% and 8.57%-28.25%, the light saturation point of the virus-free jujube jun zao young trees between the self-rooted and the grafts were higher 7.49%-17.86% and 16.48-22.99%, among the four Treatment in the phonological phase, and the differences of the virus-free and the ordinary were significant.3. The leaf area per unit leaf weight, the chlorophyll contents ,the chlorophyll a/b, the density and the size of stomata, the light saturation point and the light compensation point ,Hill reaction activity, and the stoma conductivity (Gs) the transpiration rate (Tr) and the intercellular CO2 concentration of the grafts jujube jun zao young trees which Ziziphus spinosa Hu was stocks were higher than those of the self-rooted, the light compensation points of the grafts jujube jun zao young trees between the virus-free and the ordinary were lower than those of the self-rooted, the light saturation points of the grafts jujube jun zao young trees between the virus-free and the ordinary were higher than those of the self-rooted. |
