Castanea henryi is one of the important woody economic tree species in China. It is the famous dry fruit in the South and usually enjoy the reputation that is "minbeigui" in Fujian. Its fruit is nutritious, also rich in protein and fat besides containing a large amount of carbohydrate. The use of Castanea henryi is wide and it is relatively strong, grow rapidly, suitable for the tree species as afforesting, also suitable for viewing and admire the tree species as the flower garden too. It is one of the tree species of the construction broad leaf mixed forest in the southern forest zone. The fungi are a kind of extensive eukaryotes microorganism. The fungi form the most microorganism amount of soil, resolve the organic matter, offer nutrient for plant and are healthy instruction thing for ecosystem. Fungal diversity has played important function in maintain the biosphere ecological balance and offer the undeveloped living resources to mankind in a large amounting. So studying the diversity and the ecological characteristic of fungi in the rhizospher soil of Castanea henryi will be help for understanding restraining function to fungal disease of Castanea henryi. It is important for controlling Castanea henryi diseases and insect pests and using biological control and microecology adjusting and controlling.Fungi in the rhizosphere soil of Castanea henryi was analyzed and discussed by ecological view in the work, including investigation of fungi flora in the rhizosphere soil, analysis of ecological characteristic of fungi community in the soil, relation between the diversity of fungi in the rhizosphere soil and environmental factors. The results indicated as follows:(1) Fungi flora in the rhizosphere soilThere were thirteen genera isolated from rhizosphere soil of Castanea henryi mixed forest , artificial pure forest , nursery, including Penicillium spp., Aspergillus spp. , Trichoderma spp., Mucor spp. , Rhizopus spp. , Fusarium spp. , Alternaria spp. , Cephalosporium spp. ,Chaetomium spp. , Verticillium spp. , Mortierella spp. ,Paecilomyces spp. , Botrytis spp.. There are thirteen genera in fixed forest. There are ten genera in the artificial pure forest (except Verticillium spp. , Mortierella spp. , Botrytis spp.). There are seven genera in the nursery (except Rhizopus spp. , Cephalosporium spp. , Verticillium spp. , Mortierella spp. , Paecilomyces spp. , Botrytis spp.).(2) Ecological characteristic of fungi community in the rhizosphere soilThree different fungi community in the soil were analyzed and compared by similar index , species richness index , diversity index and evenness index. The result indicated that fungi community in the rhizosphere soil of Castanea henryi mixed forest and artificial pure forest were very similar. Species richness index , diversity index and...
