The poisonous plants of East mountains was studied in Heilongjiang. 16 species insecticidal plants were selected from them which spread widely, have strong insecticidal capacity and rich resource according to insecticidal character. Insecticidal bioactivities were extracted by Ultrasonic-extraction, Soxhlet-extraction and Press-centrifugal-extraction were toxicity tested to control Clostera anastomosis. The screening results show that 5 plant extractions of Artemisia capillaries, Chelidonium majus, Euphorbia fischeriana , Angelica cineta and Veratrum nigrum have promisingly exploiting value. When diluted the test dry specimen at a concentraction of 10 times dilution respectively the correcting mortality of Artemisia capillaries and Euphorbia fisheriana are respectively 86.21% and 79.31%, and the correcting mortality of Soxhlet-extraction of Veratrum nigrum and Euphorbia fisheriana are 93.1% and 79.31% and the correcting mortality of Press-centrifugal-extraction of Chelidonium majus , Veratrum nigrum and Angelica davurica are respectively 100%, 100% and 80%. The studying results provide theory for exploiting and utilizing of poisonous plant in Heilongjiang. The toxicity test to Clostera anastomosis by different means show that Euphorbia fischeriana, Chelidonium majus, Veratrum nigrum., Artemisia capillaries and Angelica davurica have much strong contact poison and some stomach poison. When diluted the dry test specimen at a concentraction of 50 times dilution respectively the contact effects of the Soxhlet-extraction of Artemisia capillaries and Veratrum nigrum are respectively 93.10% and 79.31%, and the contact effects of press-centrifugal-extraction of fresh Chelidonium majus, Veratrum nigrum and Angelica davurica are respectively 86.21%, 93.79% and 79.31%; and the stomach effects of the Soxhlet-extraction of dry Chelidonium majus and the Ultrasonic-extraction of Euphorbia fischeriana are respectively 68.97% and 67.86%. The study result still show that Veratrum nigrum, Chelidonium majus, and Angelica davurica adapt to using the press-centrifugal-extraction, and Euphorbia fischeriana and Artemisia capillaries adapt to using the Soxhlet-extraction.Different extraction time have some influence on toxic effect of bioactive of poisonous plants. 5 hours and 40 minutes are respectively adaptable for the Soxhlet-extraction and the Ultrasonic-extraction. Different grinding degree have some influence on toxicity of bioactive. 60 and 40 sieve mesh are respectively adaptable for the Soxhlet-extraction and the Ultrasonic-extraction.Angelica amurensis, Agrimonia pilosa and Dioscorea nipponica have not obvious contact effect and stomach effect to insect, but they have some repellency effect, so they should be studied in future.
