With the development of human society and enhancement of life lever, human recognized the essentiality of resource and environment gradually. At present, a lot of researchers have paid attention to the municipal solid wastes (MSW), which can be taken as research object of resource reused. Many MSW fermentation researches had been reported, since the component of the MSW is different in different area, which leads to the difference of substance transformation in MSW fermentation. In the other hand, the reports had been accomplished by condition simulation of the MSW fermentation in laboratory, and indicated partly the transformation of organic phosphorus because of the difference in realistic conditions in MSW fermentation. Cooperation with DaQing Meishang International Group, the MSW fermentation experimentation was done by inoculating microbes and inputting inorganic phosphorus in fermentation, the transformation of organic phosphorus and the ability of dissolving phosphorus and content of available phosphorus during fermentation were studied, so that the results could be as theory and practice basis for the organic phosphorus transformation and increasing availability of inorganic phosphorus . The results as follows: 1,Content of organic phosphorus in MSW fermentation achieved peak level at 28th day, and declined at a high speed during MSW fermentation. At the same phosphorus level, content of organic phosphorus in inoculating microbes treatments was increased in different MSW fermentation phase, and that of ZJ microbes treatment was higher than that of MS microbes treatment, but between the same microbes treatments, contents of organic phosphorus were no significant at P1 and P2 level. 2,Content of available phosphorus was obviously increased after the inorganic phosphorus was put into MSW fermentation. At P1 and P2 level, it was no significant in the same microbes treatments, and at the same phosphorus level, MS and ZJ microbe's treatments were no significant, but they were significant compared with the treatment without inoculating microbes. 3,Phosphorus powdered rock were put into MSW fermentation at the initial phase, and were observed by scanning electron microscope at the final MSW fermentation phase, cavities and traces of phosphorus powdered rock surface can be seen by scanning electron microscope. The result showed it was significant that phosphorus powdered rock was dissolved during MSW fermentation. 4,Placation organic fertilizer in soil significantly increased content of available phosphorus, and that of PMSW(P-enriched MSW fertilizer treatment) treatment was higher than others. 5,The contents of inorganic phosphorus of the treatments of various organic fertilizers is more than the content of CK. During the growing of the plants, content of Ca2-P,Ca8-P,Al-P is more and more decreasing, and two crops have the same variation .but the treatment of tomato have more significant change than the soybean .What's more, some O-P,Ca10-P can be dissolved .The content of effect inorganic phosphorus of treatment of PMSW is more than others, then the content of the nullified phosphorus is less than others. 6,Compared with the most buffer capacity(Xm·K) in different treatments, Xm·K in the order of PMSW
