With the development of factory aquaculture in China , as an important character of modern aquiculture, the monitoring of environmental factors has gained more and more attentions. Aiming at the actuality that automation technology is exactly need in aquaculture factory of our country, a kind of environmental factors monitoring system is designed in this dissertation to fit the needs of our country's aquaculture factory, which can on line measure three main environmental factors, and can realize the control on temperature.First of all, this paper put forward the whole devise project after the analyze of latest research all over the world and the structure introduction of the environment in aquaculture. In the system, the main monitoring objects are dissolved oxygen, pH and temperature. The system is a nonlinear, large lag. It is hard to find the precise mathematical module and difficult to get a satisfactory effect in conventional control methods. The fuzzy control as a branch of intelligence control field especially suites handing the system of the indetermination model. It doesn't need mathematical model and has good anti-jamming capability. In the paper, the fuzzy control is used to control the environmental parameters, and utilize MATLAB software tool to assist designing to the fuzzy control system.The system regards collecting as the main developing instrument, and also uses Visual Basic, electronic design automation ,etc. The system is scientific , reliable .The system adopts the structure of superior/below position operator. The below position operator system design is divided into two parts , hardware part and software part. On the hardware part, A/D converter module, memory module , keyboard module, LED module, output control module are designed around the Microprocessor, AT89C51. On the software part, data sampling module, data processing module, real time control module, display module, keyboard response module are designed. Above position operator software programs by Visual Basic. Software has friendly interface, convenient operation , complete function. The below position operator system can alone be used as control system to meet the demand of small-scale aquaculture production, and can also be regarded as a part of the intelligent control system. In addition, anti-jamming methods are introduced in the paper.This system achieved the function that auto collect of environment data, data transmit and manage in real time. It has a high real time work ability and a high automation degree, it's cost was low, so it can adapt the request of modern inspect of environment. This system has certain actual meanings in the factory aquaculture.
