Planting trees, water and soil conservation, improvement of the ecological environment, and increasing the area of nature forest are all the vital tasks in urban and rural areas construction. However, currently most of projects about gardening and plantation are still implemented manually, which consume more labor forces and always show a low efficiency and low speed result. This is difficult to meet the need of growing gardening and planting. Therefore, as the great development of the automatic control technology, the key method is to enhance the mechanical, automatic and intelligent level to achieve high efficient gardening and planting.One of the critical problems in planting trees is seedling. At present, the container seedling method is commonly used. In the container seedling production line, the relative progress including filling soil, scraping soil, seeding and covering soil are all have to be developed from manual operation to seedling production line which is mechanical, continuous, and photoelectric automatic controlled.Based on summarizing the development of the seedling production line at home and abroad, firstly, the research of the key links of seedling production line focusing on air-suction precision seeder was discussed in detail in this paper. Then the structure of the pneumatic system, the vacuity degree of the sowing drum and the force analysis of seeds when suction seeds were all presented. Further, the effects of speed, vacuity degree, the number of suction holes and the radius of suction hole were all analyzed.In this paper, an efficient vacuum degree control of the seedling system based on fuzzy control and voice control approach was presented. In this approach, the fuzzy controller was designed and the simulation study was provided by using MATLAB simulation software. The SPCE061A single chip microcomputer was chosen as the hardware kernel. A detailed analysis about the design of hardware and software for seeding intelligent control system were demonstrated. The main innovations of the present research are as following:1. For the first time, fuzzy control technique was introduced into air-suction precision seeder in this paper. The fuzzy control regulation was built and the dynamical simulation was carried out by using the MATLAB fuzzy toolbox. In varying parameters follow time and anti-disturbance area, the result of simulation demonstrated that the fuzzy control method was better than other general control techniques;2. The voice control technology was used creatively in the seedling production line. The air-suction precision seeding system could be controlled and the real-time data of the control system could also be provided by the voice control system.3. An intelligent control system of air-suction precision seeder was built by using SPCE061A single-chip microcomputer and the intelligent level of the seedling production line was improved greatly.In a word, by the intelligent control system research on the seedling production line, dynamic simulation, and experiment test of hardware and software of the whole system, the results were feasible. It was helpful for promoting the intelligent and automatic level of the seedling production line.
