The Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to separate serum CHE and serum Lactate LDH isoenzyme of Sanhuangchicken in healthy , acute and chronic organophosphorus pesticide (omethoate) toxicosis. Combine with the activity of serum enzyme to judge the organophosphorus toxicosis effect on organism.The results showed that the serum CHE activity fall down significantly 1h after acute omethoate poisoning and resumed 24h later. Depressed degree of serum CHE activity was in direct ratio. There was a little rise of serum LDH activity, while the change of serum ALP, AST and ALT activity were not so distinct. In 30d's chronic toxicosis, the activity of serum CHE decreased earlier but rised later, it was just against serum LDH activity, but both of them didn't get back to nomal level. There were no notable alteration of serum ALP, AST and ALT activity. It came to a conclution that serum CHE was a sign of organophosphorus toxicosis. The Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to separate serum isoenzyme, 5 bands of SCHE and SLDH were found in the healthy chicken. Two new active bands FMB and SCHE1'were separated in acute & chronic omethoate poisoning and the dyeing of SCHE4 were deeper. The active bands reduced in anaphase of chronic toxicosis , but still in a very high level. The SLDH4 and SLDH5 syncretized to one band in acute & chronic omethoate poisoning. Examine the SCHE and SLDH isoenzyme of the same animal in different freeze stage of 15d, there was no significant change.This study was succeed in separating SCHE isoenzyme and SLDH isoenzyme of chicken in healthy, acute and chronic organophosphorus toxicosis. And it was very significant to improve the veracity of organophosphorus toxicosis diagnose and prognosis by combining with the activity of serum enzyme, it also provided a noval study system for organophosphorus toxicosis study.
