As soil nanometer-particle has some particular characteristics different from other macro-particle, micro-particle and atoms ,it plays an important role in the processes of forming soil texture ,the moving and transferring of elements ,and controlling soil Biochemistry reaction .This paper studied the influence of nanoparticle on the holding and providing of fertilizer in soil and on the growth of crops. We do the test of leaching ,tank farming and pot experiment. The results are as follows:Nanopaticle has great control function on the leaching of nitrogen in soil ,after it added to the soil in the form of colloid .However ,the control function is great relevant to the soil bulkdensity .As for the soil of 1.0 bulkdensity ,nanoparticle reduced the leaching of nitrogen by 18.5%.And for the soil of 1.1 bulkdensity ,this number is 19.2%.But for the soil of 1.2 bulkdensity ,this function is not obvious .Nanoparticle has great control function on the leaching of P in the soil of 1.1 bulkdensity ,but for the soil of 1.0 and 1.2 bulkdensity ,this function is not obvious .Similiar to the function on the leaching of nitrogen ,nanoparticle has great control function on the leaching of K .As can be seen from the reduce amout ,the anti-leaching function of nanoparticle strengthened as the soil bulkdensity increased As for the soil of 1.0 bulkdensity .nanoparticle reduced the leaching of K by 12.12% .It is 9.09% for the soil of 1.1 bulkdensity and 7.69% for the soil of 1.2 bulkdensity.The reserving function of nanoparticle on N and K is through the combination with nutrients .It makes the nutrients change from alkalinized form to unalkalinized form .This kind of nutrients remain in the middle layer of soil .So the leaching of N and K can be controlled .The analysis of the amounts of nutrients in different layers of soil after leaching shows that the amounts of N ,P ,K in soil of different bulkdensity increased with the increasing of depth .The amounts of N ,P ,K in the middle layer of soil increased ,after adding into nanoparticle .This also confirm that nanoparticle has control function on the leaching of nutrients .Therefore ,adding nanoparticle can promote the holding of fertilizer.Nanoparticle has different influence on the absorption of N ,P ,K .The test of tank farming confirm that the absorptive capacity of plants added low concentration nanoparticle on N , K is weaker than that of comparison .But it can promote the absorption of P Adding nanoparticle of high concentration weaken the absorptive capacity of plants on N ,P ,K.The results of pot experiment also confirm the results of the tank fanning test .As can be seen from the growth of root .without nanoparticle ,the root is white and grows well. With nanoparticle .the root is yellow .This is mainly because that the nanoparticle is absorbed around the root .But the amount of root ,is higher than comparison .This is the result of the anti-adversity reactionof root .In the tank farming test ,adding nanoparticle colloid of low concentration will increase the amount of soluble sugars and dissociative amino acid in the plants body ,thus it increased the anti-capacity of plants.But adding nanoparticle of high concentration can reduce the amount of soluble sugars and amino acid .Thus it will affect the growth of maize seedings .
