A study was conducted to evaluate the Saccharicterpenin effects on performance, intestinal canal micro-flora population, biochemical parameter of blood on the piglets early weaning (PEW). One hundred twenty piglets with twenty-one-day weaned were assigned to five treatments with three replicates. There were eight piglets per-replicate. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. All of piglets were fed with a common corn soybean meal based diet. Treatments were as follows:the control group, the group treatment â…¡ contained 250mg/kg Saccharicterpenin, the group treatment â…¢ contained 500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin, the group treatment â…£ contained 250mg/kg Saccharicterpenin plus 4mg/kg Flavomycin , the group treatment â…¤ contained 4mg/kg Flavomycin. The results showed that:(1) Supplemented with Saccharicterpenin the ADG and ADFI of piglets were higher, compared to control group, the average final wt of treatment â…¡, â…¢, â…£, â…¤was higher 4.00%, 12.30%, 5.21%, 2.64%; ADG of group treatment was significantly improved (P<0.05); FCR was higher when 250mg/kg Saccharicterpenin and Flavomycin were combined than alone.(2 )The concentration of E. coli of group treatment â…¡, â…¢ ,â…£, â…¤ was lower 4. 73%, 6. 37%, 11.98%, 1.67% than the control in cecum Specially, supplemented with500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin or Flavomycin plus 250mg/kg Saccharicterpenin, the number of E. coli in cecum is few .The groups had no significant difference on concentration of E. coli in ileum .500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin level of the diet significantly improved the concentration of bifidobacterium in cecum (P<0.05) ,but not in Ileum (P>0.05 ) Different level of Saccharicterpenin in diet and different methods of addition had no significant improvement on concentration of lactobacilli in cecum and ileum (P<0.05) but each group treatment was higher than the control .The concentration of lactobacilli was higher when 500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin and Flavomycin were combined than alone .(3) â‘ Supplemented with 500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin or Flavomycin plus 250mg/kg Saccharicterpenin, the number of TP, GLO, G/A were improved, the group treatment III is best, but no ALB . â‘¡Supplemented with 500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin or Flavomycin plus 250mg/kg Saccharicterpenin, the mass concentration of serum IgA (P<0, 01) ,the group treatment â…¡,â…¢, â…£,â…¤ was higher 43.21%, 104.89%, 73.21%, 27.74% than the control, IgG (P<0, 05), ,the group treatment â…¡,â…¢, â…£,â…¤ was higher 10.50%, 12.07%, 11.05%, 10.26% than the control, but no significant difference to IgM. The number of CD3 was higher than the control â‘¢,the group treatment â…¡,â…¢, â…£,â…¤ on the Serum of BUN was higher 2. 67%, 2. 96%, 2. 81%, 2. 52% than the control, but no significant difference to GLU (P>0.05), â‘£The number of GOT, GPT, ALK was higher than the control, but the group treatment â…¡,â…¢, â…£,â…¤ of LDH was lower 2. 71%, 4.02%, 2.96%, 1.65% than the control.
