The stem segments of Cerasus humilis Bunge with axillary bud were used as explant in this experiment and the natural regenaration plants were obtained in vitro culture of explants. Using the methods of comparation experiment and positive cross experiment, the thorough research of the kinds, concentration, proportion of the organic nutrition, carbon resource and plant growth regulators which was added in the medium for the inducement of tube seedlings of Cerasus humilis Bunge, subculture and roots growth. The result shows that the most suitable medium for primary culture was MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L+Agar 7g/L+ Sugar 30g/L, more shoots were induced by this media and it was propitious to subculture as the strong lateral buds growed. The best medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+Agar 7g/L+Sugar 30g/L, the biggest regeneration multiple was obtained (more than 6 times). The research of kinds of carbon resource and concentration shows that it would be better by adding 3% white granulated sugar in the medium, it would efficiently reduce the cost. The experiment of adding organic substance shows that adding Nicotinic acid (0.25mg/L) +glycin (3 mg/L) +lnositol (150mg/L) +Vb6 (0.75 mg/L) +VB1 (0.8mg/L) was the most effective for the tube culture of Cerasus humilis Bunge. The most suitable medium for plant rooting was MS+IAA3.0mg/L+PP333 0.05mg/L+Agar 7g/L+Sugar 20g/L for 23 days. The root growth rate can be reached to 86%. Pearl rock medium was the best suitable growth medium for the tube seeding of Cerasus humilis Bunge. Experiment showed that the transplant suvival rate can be reached to 85%.
