Effects Of Dietary Se-yeast On Anti-heat Stress Ability And Anti-oxidized Ability Of The Chai-Hens

The trial is designed to observe the effect of diet supplemented different levels of Se(Se-yeast) on anti-heat stress ability and anti-oxidized ability of Chai-hens.and the preliminary discussion to their mechanism was indicated.These data provide the academic and practical basis for the Se-yeast in Chai-hens production at hest stress condition.Chai-hens(30weeks)were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 3 replications per group and 12 hens per replication.The control group fed with basal diets containing 0.08mg/kgSe, the testing group fed with basal diets adding 0.15,0.3,0.5,1mg/kg Se respectively. Pretest period is 1 week and experimental period is 7 weeks. Pretesting time 1 week and experimental time 7weeks.The main results were showed as follows:(1)Diet supplemented Se-yeast obviously enhanced the Chai-hens egg production, feed consumption and feed efficiency(F/E) obviously drop(P<0.01),It had no significant effect for egg weight(P>0.05).Compared to control group, I,II,III,IV group's egg production were enhanced by 1.75 (P>0.05) ,3.79 (P<0.01) ,4.46 (P<0.01) ,2.38 (P>0.05) respectively I, II ,III,IV group's feed consumption were decreased by 10.53,13.75 (P<0.01) ,24.4 (P<0.01) ,24.52 (P<0.01) respectively, III group's feed efficiency was lowest(P<0.05).(2)The effect of egg quality was obviously enhanced in high temperature season by feed diet of Se-yeast.Diet supplemented Se mildly improved Hulf unit(P<0.05),eggshell thickness obviously reduce(P<0.05),feed with 0.3mg/kg selenium had best effect. Se-yeast had no significant effects on the egg-shaped index and yolk color(P>0.05).(3)Adding Se-yeast in the diet remarkably increased the selenium content in the eggs tissues and blood, and the selenium content elevated along with the increase of diet Se level. Under this test condition, compared to control group, the egg selenium content in 0.16~1.91ug/g(P<0.01),and the selenium content in serum,Liver,Kidney were obviously enhanced(P<0.01 &P<0.05).(4) The fertility and hatchability of breeding egg were improved by adding Se-yeast in the diet of Chai-hens.Compared to the control group,the fertility and the total hatchability(94.5%,89.5%,respectively) were the highest ones at the dose of 0.3mg/kg(P<0.01).The fertility (94.71%)was the highest ones when 0.5mg/kgSewas added to the diet(P<0.01).?Adding the Se-yeast in the diet of Chai-hens at high temperature, different decreased the ability of GPT and CK(P<0.05), increased the ability of LDH and ALP(P<0.05).Feed the diet of Se-yeast had decreased the activity of T3,T4 and GORT(P<0.05).?With the increasing of diet selenium content, the contents of serum and tissues MDA remarkably decreased(P<0.01),GSH-Px activities significantly increased (PO.01). While the activity of serum SOD had no difference(P>0.05).?It was the better when 0.3mg/kg to 0.5mg/kg selenium were added to the diet in summer.
