Sprinkler irrigation as an advanced irrigation measure has been accepted by people because of its virtue such as increase production, saving water, saving labour, saving terra, strong adaptabiliity to landform and can regulate temperature and humidity. The development of Sprinkler irrigation not only connect to developmental foreground of agriculture, but also to the course of our country's modernization in this short of water resource, suppy and need contradiction become deep increasingly and the require become higher and higher to agricultural saving water day. So develop Sprinkler irrigation project vigorously has very important stratagem meaning in this period of our country's develop with high speed.Sprinkler uniformity(CU) is an important technical parameter in the design of sprinkler irrigation. Nonuniform sprinkler irrigation induces that not only the crop growing will be affected, but also the limited water resources will be wasted. On the other hand, engineering investment increase with sprinkler uniformity. In practical application, pursuing the highest uniformity consequentially leads that energy sources will be squandered and engineering cost will increase sharply. Thus it can be seen that the effects of uniformity on sprinkler quality and investment are very important.In this paper, the author research a calculational method mainly for sprinkler uniformity modulus based on RBF model. Aim at bypast existed problem such as calculate prolixity not easy to computer calculate when we calculate the uniformity modulus, utilize single sprinkler precipitation rainfall distributing data under different pressure indoor,combine mathematic equation to get the sprinkler head's insufflation circs under different pressure and different wind speed,then usea RBF neural network to simulate the distributing circs of the drip on the whole insufflation area, finally calculate the uniformity coefficient through repeatedly calculation.In the end ,get the best combinatorial space between through GA optimize to supervise design work in field of sprinkler irrigation system.In this paper, the author has done primarily the following work:1. Experiment on some familiar model sprinkler indoor and mensurate the cannon-shot and distributing circs of drip on different pressure.2. Apply mathematical method to transform indoor data to get the rule of insufflation drip on the condition of windy.3. Apply RBF NN model to constitute non-linear mapped model between theinfluencing fators of the drip's distributing of sprinkler, pressure and wind speed.4. Study the calculational methods of combinatorial sprinkler uniformity based on the above-mentioned mapped model.5. Study the optimized model of sprinkler irrigation system based on GA.6. Sum-up the study work of this paper, analyse the deficiency and prospect the aftertime's study.
