Biogas slurry is a kind of high quality organics, which is made of dejection and crop stalks ,it contains abundant quick-acting nitrogen phosphorous and potassium. So it is also a kind of many element fertilizer with good quality. The humic acid in biogas slurry will benefit the construction of crumb structure and the microelement will improve the availability of fertilizer. The long term use of biogas slurry will not only improve the organic matter of the soil and benefit the soil, but also abate the contamination and cut the cost of agricultural production.The results showed that:1. The content of nutrition and hazardous substance differs with the alteration of season and fermenting materials. Compared with the biogas slurry of winter, the total nitrogen phosphorous potassium of summer biogas slurry was increased by 48% 25% and 18% respectively, the As Pb was less than the winter ,but the Cd Hg Cr was more than winter.2. The coordinate application of biogas slurry could improve the yield of vegetable remarkably, compared with the chemical treatment, the yield of Chinese cabbage was increased by 12.51%~ 15.89%,while the yield of cabbage increased by 11.25%~29.15%, but using biogas slurry alone to increase the yield of vegetable was ineffective.3. The biogas slurry could increase the content of soil organic matter the avalilabale N P K and could adjust the PH value.4. The results showed that the quality of vegetables were much better when biogas slurry were applied, the content of nitrate of vegetable were redued and the content of Vitamin C of vegetable were higher than fertilier treatments, while the reducing sugar was decreased.5. Througth the determination of Vegetable ,we find that: the Pb and Cd of vegetable using fertilizer alone was above the standard, and the indexes of vegetable using biogas slurry all met the standard.6. Through the determination of soil quality, the Nk Pb> Cr of soil is decreased under the application of biogas slurry alone and coordinate application of biogas slurry and fertilizer, while the concentration of Cu of soil was increased a little.except the concentration of Cd reached the third standard,compared with the fertilizer treament, the other indexes all met the first grade or second grade,standard of soil environment.
