At present,because of excessive fertilizer input and using of highly toxic, and abundant pesticides in vegetable production of China, vegetable’s quality such as flavor, taste, nutrition is much worse than before. People need more healthy food, which made the rapid growth of demand of organic fertilizer. Biogas Slurry is not only full of nutrition, but also has no pollution and no residue, so it is ideal fertilizer in agricultural production. The main purpose of the research is to use biogas slurry as nutrient solution of vegetables after the liquid component analysis. On one hand, we can deal with biogas residue, on the other hand we can reduce hydroponic cultivation cost. After adjusting N、P、K content of biogas slurry to the standard vegetable nutrition, we will mix different kinds of nutrient to apply different fast vegetables such as cucumbers and tomatoes. It’s very important to obtain suitable biogas slurry concentration The results are as follows:1)By mixing different biogas slurry dosage to cultivate fast vegetables ,the results show that basic nutritional components can meet the needs of growth and development of fast vegetables, and this kind of biogas slurry can also promote plant growth. Compared with the control, the unadjusted and adjusted biogas slurry increase fast vegetables relevantly in several aspects , such as photosynthesis, chlorophyll and root vigor. In improving the quality, not adjustable slurry significantly improves Vc, crude fiber, crude protein content of fast vegetable plants; and adjustment biogas slurry significantly improves the soluble sugar, crude fiber content of fast vegetable plants. In nutrient content of the fast vegetables , not adjustable biogas slurry on the Ca, Fe, Mn, P elements have stimulative effect, and the adjustment of biogas slurry is facilitate to absorb Fe, K, Mn, P elements, and adding 40% with biogas slurry effect is remarkable.2)Adjustment N、P、K content of biogas slurry for conformance to the standard vegetable nutrition formula,then we mix different nutrient solution with different concentration and volume of standard mixed to cultivate cucumber seedlings, the results showed that biogas slurry by adding 20% promoted the cucumber seedlings’leaf number, maximum leaf area, plant height, and increased stem diameter , while improving cucumber seedling index, and improve the overall quality of seedlings; Compared with the control, different treatment on the cucumber seedlings make the chlorophyll content and activity of root system size different, and the value of SPAD was significantly higher than that in control, especially added 20% biogas slurry is most significant, indicating that the suitability biogas slurry of cucumber seedlings is added 20%.3)For tomato seedlings, Biogas slurry nutrient solution is superior to the standard nutrient solution .With the increase of different biogas slurry , plant height, stem diameter, and hypocotyls length grow higher and higher, chlorophyll content also increased. Compared with the control, biogas slurry nutrient solution significantly improves the tomato seedling root vigor and makes the seedlings stronger , adding 60% biogas slurry is the best deal , but adding 100% will inhibited the growth of tomato seedlings .
