This thesis consists of four sections. Section 1: Isolation and purification of dendrobine from Dendrobium nobile Lindle. GC-MS was used to identify the dendrobine. Section 2: The optimum extraction process for alkaloids of Dendrobium nobile Lindle was studied using the orthogonal experimental design. GC was used to study fingerprint of alkaloids for Dendrobium nobile Lindle from Chishui. Section 3: The fingerprints of Dendrobium nobile Lindle from different areas of Guizhou were compared with each other. Section 4: The chemical constituents of volatile oil from Dendrobium nobile were separated and identified by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results were as follows:Firstly, the method of alcohol-extraction was used to extract the dendrobine. The extracting rate is 0.24%, and the melting- point is 135-136.5℃.The structure of dendrobine was confirmed by GC-MS combined with computer search. Its figure is seen on the right.Secondly , in order to find out the optimum extraction process for alkaloids method, three factors and three levels of orthogonal designs: pH of solvent, PC of solvent and time of Soxhlet extraction which were adopted as the assessment indexes were determined whether they have some influence on the extraction process of dendrobine. GC was used to measure its contents .The results shows the pH of solvent has a significant effect on...
