The heterotic groups, the relationships among SSR marker genetic distance and phenotypic diversity,SCA(specific combining ability),F1 phenotypic value and heterosis of 2 bilinear hybrid wheat female parent(BS336 and BS210) and 55 restoring lines were studied using parent-yield character and SSR marker after purity determination. The main results were summarized as follows:1. 50 SSR primers were screened out from 121 SSR primers used 42 wheat varieties from different provinces, these primers can be used to the classification of heterotic groups.2. 7 wheat varieties purity disqualificated, 13 varieties mixed others, 22 varieties existed loci impurity by purity determined with 8 primers, which has high polymorphism and uniform distribution in genome.3. 386 allele were detected in 57 varieties using 50 primers, average 7.72 allele per primer, polymorphism information content variation range was 0.2155-0.8639, average 0.7076.4. 57 varieties were classified into 4 groups by UPGMA (Unweighed Pair Group Method Arithmetic Average) based on SSR markers.5. The correlation between SSR marker genetic distance and SCA (specific combining ability) and heterosis was not significance, so hybrid yield and heterosis cannot be forecasted by parental genetic distance worked out with 50 SSR markers.
