Chemical analysis was adopted to the research of soil element (N,P,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn) background values in Dahurian larch forest, through comparing the different distribution between humus horizon and illuvial horizon, and among different forest types(Grass-Larix dahurica forest,dahuricum -Larix dahurica forest,Streamside -Larix dahurica forest,Carex tato-Larix dahurica forest,Ledum-Sphagnum-Larix dahurica forest,Sphagnum-Bryum-Larix dahurica forest,Betula fruitcosa--Larix dahurica forest,Ledum palustre var.dilatatum--Larix dahurica forest), meanwhile comparing the soil element background average values of world, China and inner Mongolia, also.The result shows: the content of N(1.86~12.87g/kg),P(0.15~1.85g/kg),Na(18.86~35.52g/kg),Ca(5.95~80.62g/kg),Mn(0.22~2.95g/kg) of humus horizon are higher than illuvial horizon, that of K(6.76~29.40g/kg),Mg(5.98~9.94g/kg),Fe(14.08~95.39g/kg),Cu(18.51~32.06mg/kg),Zn(79.48~518.59mg/kg) are on the other round; Mg,Fe in the soil of Grass-Larix dahurica forest are higher and Mn is higher and Na,Ca in Rhododendron dahuricum -Larix dahurica forest are lower than others, Zn is higher and Cu is lower in the soil of Streamside -Larix dahurica forest and P,Cu are higher in Carex tato-Larix dahurica forest than others, Na is higher in Ledum-Sphagnum-Larix dahurica forest and N,Ca are higher and K,Fe,Mn are lower in Sphagnum-Bryum-Larix dahurica forest than others, K is higher and Mg,Zn are lower in Betula fruitcosa--Larix dahurica forest and N,P are lower in Ledum palustre var.dilatatum--Larix dahurica forest than others. P,K,Na,Ca,Zn in soil of Dahurian larch forest are equal, lightly higher or higher than that of world and national average values, Mg is lightly lower than that of world and obvious lower than that of national soil average background value, Fe,Mn,Cu are higher than that of nation but lower compared world. Compared with Inner Mongolia soil element background values, N is above first class and P is above the middle class, Zn is obvious higher that the average level of Inner Mongolia, others elements are around the element of Inner Mongolia average level; N,Zn are abundant,Mg is short.
