Calcic Black Soils Classified In Chinese Soil Taxonomy And The Soil Series Established In Henan Province

Soil classification is the important base of Soil Science. In the past time,we used the soil genetic classification emphasizes the central concept, the lack of quantitative indicators, and does not suit of the modern information.In order to realize soil classification quantification, standardization and internationalization,Chinese soil classification is from soil genetic classification to Soil Taxonomy, it based on Diagnostic horizon and Diagnostic characteristics.Chinese Soil Taxonomy in advanced classification and retrieval has been established. At present,the main task is building the Soil Series.This paper mainly in Henan Province, the original calcic black soil type in the classification system of attribution and studied some representative Soil Series. The main research results are as follows:1) According to lime calcic black soils morphology, physical and chemical characteristics such as, preliminary judgment are likely attributable to the Soil Taxonomy of Vertisols or Cambosols soil.2) In accordance with the diagnostic horizons and characteristics of Vertisols and Cambosols soil,and judged the collected soil profiles, identified as belonging to Cambosols.3) In accordance with diagnostic characteristics of soil suborders, groups and subclasses on the soil profile were compared, in determining its position in the Soil Taxonomy. A total of three soil groups of separation:Sha-Aquic cambisols,Dar-Aquic cambisols,Och-Aquic cambisols.4) Based on the division according to the soil profile was carried out, the division, is divided into7soil family5) According to calcic black soil properties, determine the soill series division control section and the characteristics of soil.On the basis of soil series classification principle and basis, on16soil profiles from the characteristics of soil, form, color, physical and chemical properties were compared classification, inductive set out the14soil series.
