Our country is a big agricultural country, and corn has become China’s first major graincrops. Corn and its widely use make it production plays an important role in the developmentof the national economy. Sow corn seeds in the process of precise degree affect the cornproduction efficiency directly, and the design of corn seeder is the key to achieve preciseseeding, therefore, this article mainly aims at scoop corn precision metering device studying.First, it collects enough document about the precision metering device, and makesanalysis about the different kinds of metering device on the detailed analysis, summarized itsmain structure, working principle, the advantages and shortcomings of field work, precisionmetering device at home and abroad. Scoop corn focus on structure and working principle ofthe analysis, especially for the working process of the metering device in the seeds ofdynamic force to do the analysis and calculation, laid a solid foundation for sowing devicesimulation analysis.Secondly, it does the corn3d model of each parts made use of3d drawing software ofUG mapped and assembly process analysis; Studied the model of simulation software UG andADAMS import problem, realized in ADAMS through fixed interface smoothly3d graphics.Again, it realizes the field of mechanical virtual prototype of the problem of classic in aprecision metering device. Including the constraints of each parts problem, drive and theprocess of applying force. We can find out the corn seed in the plant running track, determinethe parameter, the quantitative analysis of the seeding apparatus actual metering performanceeffectively through the analysis of virtual prototype simulation process analysis. The keyresearch on model parameters were optimized through modeling simulation, including as theperformance of the metering device parameters such as speed, vertical Angle and horizontalAngle, obtained in accordance with the best combination of corn precision.
