The 37 extracts of 18 poisonous plants from Changbai Mountain were tested antifungal activity in the lab, results showed: Veratum alkaloid(s)(1.14%), Corydalis alkaloid and Cnidium had broad-spectrum antifungal activity, the inhibitory rate of mycelial growth were higher than 50% to 6 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi; furthermore, extract of Veratum alkaloid(sol)(1.74%),Tripterygium , Corydalis chloroform alkaloid,Juglans butanol,Angelica petroleum ether, Cimicifuga petroleum ether,Cimicifuga butanoK Pinellia had broad-spectrum antifungal activity, their inhibitory rate of mycelial growth were higher than 50% to 5 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi. The same kinds of poisonous plants were distilled in dissimilar impregnant that had different antifungal activity. Inhibitory experiment of mycelial growth of 6 kinds of plant pathogenic fungi: extract of petroleum ether showed highest inhibitory activity in the crude extracts of Artemisia, butanol had higher inhibitory activity than chloroform to 4 kinds of pathogen except to Exserohilum turcicum and Colletotrichum orbiculare; magnitude of antifungal activity of extracts of Cimicifuga was chloroform>butanol>petroleum ether>phenol-acid to Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn,Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum and Exserohilum turcicum, however, butanol>petroleum ether>chlorofonn>phenol-acid to the rest 3 kinds of pathogen.The trial of inhibiting mycelial growth of two kinds of Juglans mandshurica monomer showed: both of them had highest inhibitory rate to Bipolar is maydis, EC50 were 2.76mg/L, 0.47mg/L; they had high inhibitory effect to Rhizoctonia pathogen, EC50 were 10.63~15.88mg/L, 9.79~12.84mg/L, but they had low inhibitory effect to Fusarium pathogen, EC50 were 22.92~36.07mg/L, 18.86~32.52mg/L; the effect of Juglone was under than 5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone.The trial of inhibiting spore germination showed: Both of them had highest inhibitory rate to Bipolaris maydis, their inhibitory rate were higher than 60% at the concentration of 12.5mg/L; but they had low inhibitory rate to Alternaria alternate...
