Study On Slectionand Application Of Insecticidal Activity Of Extract To Poisonous Plants On Changbai Mountain

There are 50 family and 147 species poisonous plants on the northeast slope of Changbai Mountain at present. The abundant resource of wildness poisonous plants provided the basic substance to the exploiture for the botanical pesticides. Aim at more than 20 kinds of poisonous plants process the identify of biological activity to extract. Results showed: abstract of Ranunculus japonicas Thunb., Pharbitis nil(L.) Choisy, Cicuta virose L., Aconitum coreanum(Levl) Raipares, Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb. had a rather high activity of killing acaridae; 31 kinds of extract in 59 kinds of poisonous plants had more than 50% antifeeding activity to Pieris rapae L.. Artemisia chloroform, Tripterygium non alkaloid. Corydalis alkaloid, Juglans butanol, Cimicifuga alkaloid, Aristolochia non, Menispermum non and Cnidium had more than 90% antifeeding activity; 25 kinds of extract had more than 50% emendation of mortality after 24 hours to Cabbage aphid. Pulsatilla chloroform, Angelica chloroform, Acobirum alkaloid, Pinellia non had more than 90% killing pesticidal activity. Homogeneous poisonous plants distilled with different solvent had different activity of extract. And different medicament had different killing pesticidal chart. Matrine had broad-spectrum killing pesticide activity to acaridae, Pieris rapae L. and aphid. Results of mixed medicamental test showed, Matrine (1.8%) and avermectin(0.04%) had the best effect on killing pesticide and protecting leaves to Pieris rapae L.;Matrine(0.5%) and avermectin(0.2%) and Matrine(0.5%) and avermectin(0.25%) had the best effect to aphid, their LC50 is 0.08815mg/ml 0.07454mg/ml. The common-toxicity coefficient of mixed medicament is 125.64, mixed of Matrine and avermectin could expedite struck down pesticide and their medicamental avail represented additive effect.
