Grasslands are natural resourceful banks which have special ecologicalenvironment. The bioactivity of ethanol extracts from seventeen poisonous plantsfrom grassland against four pathogenic fungi were measured in the laboratorywith growth rate method. The results showed that ethanol extracts fromLeontopdium haplophylloides Hand.-Mazz., Cremanthodium plantagineumMaxim, Anaphanais flavescens Hand.-Mazz., Ligularia virgaurea (Maxim.)Mattf, Oxytropis falcate Bunge, Artemisia hedinii Ostenf.et Pauls. presented certaininhibitory effects on the Pyricularia oryzea, Rhizoctonia solani, Exserohilumturcicum, Gibberella zeae. Especially, the ethanol extract from Spiraea alpinapall. performed the best, and its extract at 5mg.ml-1 could significantly inhibit fourpathogenic fungi by 100ï¼…, 97.4ï¼…, 95.51ï¼…, 64.86ï¼…and the EC50 to the fourpathogenic fungi were at 0.583mg/ml, 1.009 mg/ml, 0.753mg/ml, 2.158mg/ml,respectively.The further study on the Spiraea alpina Pall., the different polar extractsgained from the ethanol extracts by extracting with n-hexane, ethyl acetate andmethanol gradually, the ethanol extracts obtained from the leap and flower ofSpiraea alpina Pall.. the leap and flower is live, then tested the antifungal activityagainst the four pathogens. The results indicated that the ethanol extracts from theleap and flower of the Spiraea alpina pall.and the ethyl acetate extracts the showed the apparent effect. The MFC tested with the ethanol extracts from the leap and flower of theSpiraea alpina pall.and the MFC to the four pathogenic is 2mg/ml, 1.5 mg/ml, 2mg/ml, 3mg/ml, respectively.the extracts also affect the spore germinations ofPyricutaria oryzea, Rhizoctonia solani, Exserohilum turcicum, Gibberella zeae.Furthermore, the bioactivity against the bacteria named Xanthomonas zingiberiXanthomonas axonopodis pv. Citri were tested with the antibiotic circle. theresults showed that the affect the growth of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Cirri, and the inhibited diameter is 8.5mm at 2mg/ml.This work laid a foundation for producing new non-poisoned pesticideand is available for developing toxicity plants from grassland.
