A.membranaceus is Chinese traditional herbal which can be invigorate and strengthen the body reistance. There were more research reports about its pharmacological, chemical and cultivation technology, but the physiology and biochemistry activity and ecology chacacteristics of seeds of A. membranaceus less reported. So which harvesting time of the seeds of A.membranaceus and store ways, methods of exploding hard seeds, ecological conditions of seed germination, physiology and biochemistry activity of seed germination, and allelopathy of internal source rejection capabiliey matter of seed were studied in this text.Study on collecting seeds in different time and store seeds by different ways, the results show: The weahter situation had considerable effect on the seeds quality. In the dry and high temperature conditions, the hard seeds rate was higher and germination rate was lower. The hard seeds rate was lower and germination rate was higher in the low temperature conditions. So we can choose the region with low temperature in the harvesting time. Collecting seeds when the fruit's color was yellow from white and the seed turn to brown in harvesting time in autumn, and these seeds have low hard seeds rate and high germination rate. Collecting the yellow and dry fruits, the seeds will be ripe and dry, and easy to store, but it will has high hard seeds rate. It is a good way to store the seeds in the 0℃4℃ for a long time, or store in the dry room under 0℃ in winter.In the research of observing the episperm microstructure of A.membranaceus, find out it has cuticle and palisade cell which in close arrangement in the structure of episperm, and influence on absorbing water, so this seed has the hard capsule phenomenon. This text used method of soaking seeds in warm water, physics method and chemical method to deal with this hard seeds. The result show: the best effect of softening hard seeds was using the 98%-H2SO4 to deal with the hard seeds for 30 minutes, in this way, hard seeds rate is low and germination rate is high. Second, sanding ways, knifing ways and so on also could make better effect of softening hard seeds phenomenon. But in the production, the best suitable way was the warm water method with the water temperature during 30℃ to 50℃ and deal with the hard seeds for 24 hours.In the study on the seeds germination and growth in the different temperature and lighting conditions, the result show: there were high germination rate while the optimal temperature was...
