| This research uses 3 male-sterile lines and 5 r-lines designs incompletely diallel pattern of 3×5, analysis the effect of adverse circumstance on their combinations main agronomic characters and rice quality characters. The results are showed as below:1. The rice combinations display the days to head(DH) will lengthen under drought treatment, the plant height(PH), productive panicles(PP), panicle weight(PW), grains panicles(GP), seed setting(SS)and yield per plant(YP) will obviously reduce, 1000-grain weight(GW) reduces is not obvious. The seedling stages drought resistance ability of Gang46A/Shuhui527 is stronger, Mian5A/Minghui63 is the lowest. Under two kinds of drought, Gang46A/ Minghui 63, Mian5A / Mianhui725, Gang46A/ Mianhui 725 and Gang46A/ Shuhui 527 and so on display the stronger drought resistance ability. Through forces the index to the main morphology target drought to carry on the correlation analysis discovery, in the output characters , the index of YP with GP, SS, PH, PP and DH is amounts to remarkable or extremely remarkable level.2. The change of GW' general combining ability (GCA)is small under drought, in addition the change of 5 Nines' DH is also small. The GCA of Mian5A and Shuhui527 under drought.3. High temperature force to DH, SS and YP display the obvious drop tendency, but GW displays obviously increase tendency. To the stability analysis of 15 combinations'SS, GW and YP discovery that, the stability of Gang46A/ Minghui 725 and the Mian5A/Fuhui838 display well under high temperature.4. The rice quality trait change show off the same tendency in the different place and in the identical place different sowing date. There were small influence of high temperature for brown rice rate, milled rice rate, grain length, length/width ratio, amylose content, gel consistency and alkali digested value. There have a big variation in the environment between head rice rate, chalky rice rate and chalky area, these three items also were the important rice quality which influence Sichuan rice high quality. |
