This experiment studied on the genetic relation and diversity of 2 tomato cultivars including Baoda 903, Zaofeng, and other 28 tomato crosses in Sichuan Agricultural University in tradition and RAPD methods. The main results were showed as following.The better economic quality and bactenial wilt vesistant tomato crosses were No 3, 93 and 94.In extraction of tomato DNA, DNA quality was high, and OD260/OD280 of DNA was 1.8-2.0. The DNA was suitable for RAPD by E method(0.8g material + 2ml extraction buffer + 0.2g PVP). The suitable system and amplification procedure have founded.With 40 RAPD random primers in SBS Company, 18 repeatable loci (including 14 polymorphic loci) were amplified using 3 random primers in 30 tomato resources. The percentages of polymorphic bands were 78%. However, the tomato cross of lower bacterial wilt had not especial bands.30-tomato materials had very similitude in botany agricultural character. It was difficult to classify them by Lin' class system. However, the genetic distance was significant difference. And clustering analysis based on botany agricultural character showed that 30 materials could be classified in 4 groups. 2 materials (No. 37, 30-1×121 and No.23, 27×123) belonged to group Ⅰ. 2 materials (No. 21, 美 3-4-1-1×123, and No.27, 美 3-6-2-×123) belonged to group Ⅱ. 2 materials (No. 8, 33-1×139,7 and No.16, 5-1-1×123) belonged to group Ⅲ. Others belonged to group Ⅳ. Gray system interrelated degree showed that economy interrelated degree was No. 94>47>11>3 = 194>23= 24=93>78>82=15>4>26=31>12>13 =1>9=49>37>16>8=10 号>Zaofeng =21 号>Baoda 903>No.27=19> 18>70. And the CK Baoda903 weighted interrelated degree was 0.49, lining on the seventeenth. Zaofeng was 0.50, on the sixteenth.
