Using the design of secondary regression orthogonal rotary including three factors, five levels, the basic models of efficiency were established between potassium chloride, Calcium chloride, sodium Silicate and synthetic value of target of cold resistance of poinsettia, and the quadratic regression models were simulated closely with reality by testing. The results of principal- efficiency analysis, mutual- efficiency analysis and frequency analysis indicated:1. Red Velvet (1) Treatments in 5℃Impacting synthetic value of target of cold resistance of poinsettia, the order of the three factors was as follows from the high to the low: K > Si > Ca. When the three factors of K, Ca, Si are in the confidence limit of 95% was the following: potassium chloride thickness is 404-464 mg·L-1; Calcium chloride thickness is 82-118 mg·L-1; sodium Silicate thickness is 59-71 mg·L-1 .On basis of the combination, synthetic value of target of cold resistance may be in excess of 80.(2) Treatments in 0℃Impacting synthetic value of target of cold resistance of poinsettia, the order of the three factors was as follows from the high to the low: Ca > K > Si.
