The dissertation mainly investigated the stability of microemulsion, and the formation of the system depended on the polyoxyethylene styrenyl phenol ether , dodecyl benzenesulfonic salt,alpha-cypermethrin and hexyl alcohol. This enriched the theory of the microemulsion, and this standed important function in the extensive application in the pesticide field.We began the research from the purify of the raw and processed materials, this got rid of the raw and processed materials'negative effect on the system. Microemulsion is the average dispersed system, the microstructural changes would reflect on the changes of the system properties. The research introduced the change of microstructures of alpha-cypermethrin microemulsion, which was researched by means of the viscosity , conductivity,and then discussed the formation mechanism of alpha-cypermethrin microemulsion which was examined by means of polarizing microscope and TEM. The study showed the result can be expressed as follows: (1) With the increase of water phase content, the alpha-cypermethrin microemulsion aggregated orderly in different forms ranging form W/O microemulsion, lamella liquid crystal, B.C.structure to O/W microemulsion. (2) The main reason of the bizarre rheological property and the irregular conductivity change of the lamella liquid crystal region was that the destruction and recomposition of the anisotropic similar linetype big molecule of which the formation depended on the hydrogen bond and the Van der Waals force between the surfactants and the mellow molecules.We also investigated the intermolecular interaction in binary mixture of surfactants that was composed of NR600 and SDBS. Micellization and absorption at air/water interface in SDBS/NR600 mixed aqueous solutions had been mainly investigated by surface tension technology. The results showed that with addition of NR600 into SDBS solution, the critical micelle concentration (Ccmc) was markedly decreased,that is to say, the mixed micelle could come into being easily.
