Artificial mimic antibody preapared by molecular imprintingtechnology is a special molecular recognition material to the targetmolecule. As its keeping activity in harsh environment, simplerpreparation procedure, more stable character, lower cost compared withbio-antibody, artificial mimic antibodies would be used as moleculerecognition element in rapid determination of druggery residues and haswide future. Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ) artificial mimic antibodies wereprepared using bulk polymerization method and precipitationpolymerization method. Furthermore, adsorption isotherms, staticadsorption ability, selective adsorption ability and primary applicationwere studied at last in our research.1. SMZ was used as target template molecule. 4-vinylpyridine(4-Vp),acrylamide(ACM), methacrylicacid (MAA) and combination of 4-viny- lpyridine(4-vp) and acrylamide(ACM) were selected as functionalmonomers.Moreover, we used ehylene glycol dimethacrylate ascrosslinker and azobisisobutyronitrile as initator.SMZ artificial mimicantibodies were preapared using bulk polymerization method.The resultsindicated the optimal conditions as follows: acetonitrile dosage 15ml;ehylene glycol dimethacrylate dosage 20 mmol and azobisisobutyronitriledosage 40mg.2. We used SMZ as target template molecule, combination of4-vinylpyridine(4-vp) and acrylamide(ACM) as co-functional monomers,ehylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker and azobisisobutyronitrile asinitator.SMZ artificial mimic antibody P-1 and the blank control mimicantibody P-2 were preapared using precipitation polymerization method,the data showed the optimal conditions as follows: acetonitrile dosage100ml, ehylene glycol dimethacrylate dosage 20mmol and azobisiso-butyronitrile dosage 20mg.3. The SMZ artificial mimic antibody P1 showed better recognitionof target molecule than others, and had higher affinity and selectivity thanblank control mimic antibody P5, which the adsorption quantity was24.4μmoL/g,the static adsorption modulus was 24.5mL/g, the separatefactor to SM2 was 2.95 and to clenbuterol was 3.89,respectively. TheSMZ artificial mimic antibody P-1 which was prepared usingprecipitation polymerization method had higher affinity and selectivity to target molecule than blank control mimic antibody P-2, its staticadsorption modulus was 24.8mL/g and separate factor to sulfamethazinewas 2.61.4. A sensitive sensor based on SMZ artificial mimic antibodiessensitivity film was parpared and its performance was studied usingcyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and differential-pulse voltamm-etry, the sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to SMZ.Differential pulse voltammetric responses indicated the electrode E1 hadgood response to target molecule SMZ, the peak current had significantdecrease. The peak current was 7.96μA before adding SMZ solutions anddecreased to 4.13μA after adding 2×10-4mol/L SMZ solutions. But thecontrol electrode E3 had no significant response in this experiment.
