At present, soil sickness by vegetables continuous cropping had been the important factor for production of vegetables with high yield, quality, efficiency and sustainable development in solar greenhouse. Taking cucumber"Xintaimici"as the experimental material, this paper studied the effects of different corn straw and wheat straw dosage (0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%,2.0% of soil weight) on continuous cropping soil and cucumber growth and yield. On this basis, further studied the effect of different use style (simple straw, straw and carbamide, straw and chicken manure, rotten straw) on the soil characteristics and cucumber growth. Main results as follows:1.Reasonable application of crop straw could promote the growth of cucumber, enhance plant height, leaf numbers and the biggest leaf area, spread the root absorbing areas, increase the yield, improved qualities, evaluating Vc contents, soluble sugar and soluble protein content and reducing nitrate content in cucumber. Synthesized every indexes, the effects of using 1.2-1.6% corn straw or 1.6-2.0% wheat straw were better under this experiment condition.2.After application with crop straw, the bulk density of soil reduced with the usage of crop straw increasing, but the porosity and organic matter content increased. Compared with the contrast, applying 1.6%-2.0% corn straw and 2.0% wheat straw significantly reduced the bulk density of soil, increased the porosity. The organic matter contents and available nutrient contents of the soil that applied with chicken manure were highest.3.The soil urease activities and catalase activities in the soil that fertilized crop straw were lower than the contrast, but saccharase activities were on the contrary. After fertilization of corn straw for 2 months, Soil saccharase, urease and catalase activities enhanced with the dosage increased, but changed a little when the usage beyond 1.2%. 4 months later, soil urease, catalase and saccharase activities achieved highest when the corn straw fertilization was 1.2%. Soil saccharase, urease and catalase activities increased with increasing of wheat straw fertilization.4.Compared with the contrast, using optimum rate of crops straw could increase the quantities of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi in soil; the effect of corn straw on the actinomyces and fungi was prior to the wheat straw.
